Great company to deal with, my kennels arrived on time and John and Leanne were always on hand to talk to and give any info I needed. I would advise anybody looking to purchase kennels to use these guys

Well built kennel love the wipe clean flooring. Lads who built it were spot on. Efficient friendly and very knowledgeable would highly recommend

I found this company online so did my best to ensure they were genuine. I chose what I wanted and was able to talk it through with Leanne in the office who was very helpful.
I was pleasantly surprised to find I only had to wait three weeks for the kennel to be erected as I thought it could be longer.
I am delighted with the kennel and the speedy building of it. Everyone involved was very professional and pleasant.

Ordered The Wilmslow Triple bay kennel and run 2 months ago and am delighted with the quality and build of kennels. The bench area for dogs to sit on above the sleeping area is a clever space saving design. Service was first class, and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Bespoke kennel for a place with limited space. From design to installation the company was excellent to deal with. Responded quickly to several queries and nothing seemed too much trouble. The kennel is well made and fully insulated. Highly recommend this company.

We ordered the Marple 8ft x 6ft from Buchan kennels, and very glad we did! We had been let down badly by another company (still haven't received the refund) and needed a kennel urgently. From start to finish Leanne was, responsive, helpful and informative, we felt that Buchan went above and beyond to help us out which we were grateful for. We are based in Cornwall, but this did not appear to be a problem. Billy & Josh arrived on time and constructed the kennel with skill & speed. We are more than happy with the quality of the Marple, and the dog is coping well too :). Thank you all so much.

Brilliant staff, on time, pleasure to work with and quality structure. 100% the best kennels in the country would recommend to anybody looking to buy a safe and secure kennel or their dog. We had a wilmslow single build in our back garden and it looks amazing.

Fantastic! Great service and love the kennels. I had a last minute glitch (not with the kennels) John and his team were great, it was a stressful time for me John stayed calm and supportive. His team were all polite and respectful and the kennels are great a big investment but great quality and superb service.

Lucky discovery!
Last year after demolishing my old kennels I needed to find a new company, but there are so many out there . Anyway I came across Buchans Kennels . They looked good and at a reasonable price so I decided to try them . The service was polite ( I’m old fashioned and that means a lot to me ) . Leanne on the phone was a joy . Informative but not pushy . She answered all my questions so I gave my order and crossed my fingers . My large kennel was delivered and erected when promised and it was everything I’d hoped . So of course this year when I wanted another I didn’t have to search the internet . I just rang Leanne told her what I wanted and before long my second kennel was here . In these times of worry it’s a blessing to find a supplier with a Good product and excellent service . Definitely a FIVE STAR COMPANY !

Bought a Marple Kennel. Made to bespoke size and addition of window in door. Ordered as soon as lockdown lifted. Ordering process made easy by their willingness to answer questions and discuss my extras. Delivery date honoured. Installation by friendly and professional couple of guys who were fast an thorough and showed all aspects of the kennel to me and suggested additional items I could add myself to stop puppy Chewing. Kennel is very well made, robust and plenty big enough for part day use if my three large dogs. Highly recommend product, company for their service, friendliness and professionalism. First class.

Had the Maple 8ft x 4ft kennel installed. Excellent service from outset including guidance on the right size and style for our dog and discussion on where it should be located. Delivered and built efficiently and to agreed timescale. Not only that but most important of all the quality of the product is excellent. Would highly recommend.

We have just had the Elworth 4 Block put up for our working dogs and the quality is excellent. Wipe clean floors and walls and full insulation.

The kennels were built to a high standard and good value for money. John and his son Jason are friendly, good people and put up with my old man blethering away to them all morning. From the first point of contact to this amazing family run business , what superb customer service. I ordered my first choice of kennel enclosure and it was all sorted within two weeks , exceptional service . The guys arrived when arranged , on time and very promptly erected the enclosure , very friendly and extremely conscientious. Their products are of very high quality and I would recommend their company to anyone who needs animal housing . My two labs love their new homes and are very contented , thanks Buchan kennels .
