I recently purchased a Jean Nashville…

I recently purchased a Jean Nashville jacket with tassels on it recieved my item opened the big box and my ordwr wasn't wrapped in a bag or nothing just litter tally threw in a box my tassels had came off and laying in bottom of the box for a $120 jacket I expected better shipping .not happy at all !!!!

I ordered something for my daughter for…

I ordered something for my daughter for Christmas Beginning of December. Package has still not arrived. I’m tracking it and it’s been at Pontiac distribution center for four days now. So, if you order from here, expect it a month later. This isn’t the first time. But it’s the last time for me.

We love Katy Mills and First Colony

We love Katy Mills and First Colony, excellent customer service. BUT, Willow Brook Mall, Houston is horrible!

The Katy store had Willow Brook hold an item for me and put it in a bag with my name on it. I traveled 25 miles and was told an employee sold it and conveniently left for the day, really!

Who is this person? He was wrong. No genuine apology. Where's the owner of this company? Do they read the reviews?

I am a Buckle credit card holder and I had very good things to say about both the store and the brand, until today when I tried to pay my bill. NOTHING screams tacky louder than a forced survey or a forced sales pitch by offering a $25.00 Walmart card or $200. 00 worth of coupons! I'm trying to pay a bill ! Not create another one. SMH I find this so aggravating especially when you're put on hold waiting for a representative that never comes leaving me without the ability to pay my bill!

Amazed. Hat's Off

My grandson and I came into the store at Destiny USA mail on 9/27/24. I was amazed by two of your staff members Will & Heather. I could not believe that Will was able by just looking at my grandson what size pants he wore and to find the perfect outfit for a concert my grandson was going to attend. Heather had her full focus on me in getting me a pair of jeans, which is not an easy task considering I'm very tall and have extra areas that fill up jeans. lol. I just wanted to give these two recognition for a job VERY well done.

I had a credit card for 3 years with…

I had a credit card for 3 years with them. I have great credit. I stopped using my card and they canceled my card on me, what a joke this company is cancel because you don’t use there credit card and ding your credit because of that. They lost my business. Everyone if you stop using your card they cancel you. Buckel is a joke.

I have never had a good experience

I have never had a good experience with Buckle and it sucks cause I have credit card here and think they have cute stuff.

My online orders are always late, despite paying for expedited shipping.

My in-store pickups are never ready, despite being sent an email saying they were ready for pickup.

The credit card payment date being 5 pm eastern is quite unfair for west coast folks who work during the day and I always get late fees.

Customer service is less than helpful when you chat in and I was gaslit into being told that I received the color glasses when the color I ordered was black and I received a brown pair.

This company needs some MAJOR help. I can’t support it any longer. If you’re gonna have expensive clothes, make the experience worth it.

Was in buckle in cross creek mall…

Was in buckle in cross creek mall Fayetteville today me and my friend first off they was hovering over me like they needed two people to show me a pair of jeans for my wife!! Than my friend purchased some clothes as we walk out the alarm goes off I turns around and they come search his bag to see if the alarm thing is still on the clothes they didn’t see one but was eye balling my pockets and looking at me up and down as if we stole something I took offense as because we two blk men and they where all white! So I look in the bag as we walking out and go through the shorts and there and behold in the back pocket the blk alarm thing is there so I take it right back and tell them here is your thing and I don’t appreciate how we was treated as if we stole something so will nvr shoo there again and I have over 30 pairs of rock revival jeans that I don’t even wish to wear anymore!!

I went in today the Westfield…

I went in today the Westfield southcenter mall location to return pair shorts that I bought was told my account was flagged for to many returns that might be true but I always purchase my items and I feel as long as I didn't wear them I can return what I paid for very upset.

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order and had updated my address information. A few days later, I placed a second order and unfortunately, it wasn't until after I placed it that I noticed things defaulted back to a former address. I reached out to customer service as soon as the order was placed, and was met with "Sorry we can't make changes to the order after they are placed," with no offers to help resolve the issue or attempts from Buckle to contact FedEx to intercept what had already been shipped. I tried to intercept with FedEx by redirecting the shipment, but was notified that I had to reach out to Buckle to change the address while Buckle claims they can't do anything. It wasn't until days later that Buckle told me due to limitations they imposed with shippers, customers cannot contact FedEx to redirect their own orders. Still, there was no attempt by Buckle to reach out to FedEx until I began to express a lot of frustration over the situation. Now that they have waited until it is likely too late to contact FedEx, they are still making me pay for an item that they knew from the start I won't be receiving unless they intercept by contacting FedEx. I loved Buckle, but this has left me feeling that the company does not care about its customers at all. This experience also left me feeling like they knowingly trapped me into paying for an item they knew from the start I wouldn't actually be receiving because now they waited until the last possible minute to reach out to FedEx to intercept the package. They should have reached out as soon as I put in a ticket mere minutes after placing the order. I won't be returning unless an effort is made to make things right. Mistakes happen, and if Buckle is disabling customers from reaching out to shippers to fix an issue, then Buckle has a responsibility to handle the issue when a client/customer reaches out. Waiting until the last minute to trap a customer into paying for an item they won't get is unethical.

A scam I ordered a sweater and payed 30$ for next day delivery and it took one week for the delivery plus they did NOT send me a refund. Do not ever buy for these demons Then they tried sending me a gift card but get this I can only use the gift card at buckle

Only jeans I own is buckle but that’s about to change !

I buy all my jeans from here I have about 50 Pair and I don’t wear my jeans all the time and I have a pair that is falling apart at the back pocket and because they are out of the 1 year date they will not do anything you pay 200.00 for jeans and this is how they treat you very unhappy

The last 2 pairs of women's BKE jeans I…

The last 2 pairs of women's BKE jeans I have purchased are sewn weird. The side seam on the left is not even with the right up n down it is forward towards the front along with the front belt loops being off. Y'all need to get that fixed! These are not cheap jeans and for the price they should be perfectly sewn. I will not buy anymore.

Calm down honey, you don’t work at gucci

Buckle has the worst customer service of any store I have ever been to. The teenage staff are snooty as can be...it's almost like they specifically train their staff to be as rude and bitchy as is physically possible to ensure they lose all customers and sales. I’m stunned every time I go in hoping to give them another shot because I love the tops they carry.

Inconvenient af

I hate that certain brands you can really only find here due to exclusive styles. However, this place is a nightmare. Going in you just about get harassed by the employees trying to sell you more stuff. It’s not their fault, and I just let it ride. The company has such strict requirements for selling more and more stuff. Which is ridiculous in a retail environment like this. Finding the item in the store in my size has always been difficult. Of course they will have it sent to the store, but that defeats the point of me walking through the doors. Looking online- none of that is in stores. Sizing is way off from buying direct from brands. Oh, and they charge you shipping (no matter how much you spend), and charge you shipping back for a return/exchange. Then you get charged shipping again if you just need a different size. And it’s all part of their marketing strategy. They want you to have the item shipped free to the store, so they can hound you to buy more stuff! Shipping to the store took longer than shipping to my house. This will be the last time I give them my money.

They over promise and then back off, putting liability on clients.

Why are they not honest & rude ?

Target audience 16-24. Ask teenage clients not to come back.

I will write a long review about Fairview, Texas all American store with wrong business practice & discriminating with people with color?

What happened?

Sept 3:

Buckle Fairview backed off and never called Friday after promising hemming 4 T shirts.

We made three trips in 107 degree to buy four affiliction shirts for Heming on Thursday, after their written note.

After we called they said we cannot do it. We already spent $300.

Rather than apologizing they asked my teenage daughter to NOT come back for her birthday shopping on Sept 5?

Why?

0. They did not want to admit their mistake?

1. out of discrimination gave a store Credit. I.e. Astt store manager Christian?

2. I called the store at 5.50 pm today?

Talked to the store manager and she said ‘ I made two sales- agents uncomfortable on the phone ?

Please answer : How did I make them uncomfortable?

1. Did I curse? Share exact words?
2. Did I threaten!? If yes what did I say?
3. Is your call documented?

OR

it’s heresay?

Manager said ‘ we take safety and security of our employees important for us’

What do you mean? What is that to do with us? WHAT did we do?

What can someone possibly say to compromise safety & security of employees?

Problem may be we are neither WHITE or BLACK folks?

How come your sales staff /manager never felt the ‘threat ‘selling stuff for $3000 in our three trips? ANSWER KINDLY.

Second update manager :

The manager was nice.

1. She said it was best for us ‘not to call them again’? WHY?
2. She said she has no idea of such a text message? Really. So your own staff mis-lead you?
3. I requested manager politely look at the Google review?

The manager did not undertand mess happened at store was not as a result of us.

Facts :

We stood clueless Buckle never called us Friday/Saturdays as we were to get our 4 T shirts back.

Update :Sept 3: someone from corporate called, who also did not know the issue ( text message exchange ). She did not investigate before calling?

She went by here-say from her own store manager , who had no clue herself.

I proposed three solutions. She did NOT want to Listen.

I gave her my full name in the end.

1. She said, ‘I am not interested ‘

2. it’s a ‘threat ‘? She said.

How is it a threat? I am a client.

I requested /insisted her she needs to listen and work with me. That is how we solve issues. Asking my daughter NOT to return.

That’s not a threat but we call it transparency.

Would you share your full name, if you are a client? I told her I will escalate the issue to the President/CEO.

So I asked for her manager Jen. The said her manager is out till Tuesday Sept 5. ( day of my daugthers birthday )

What is wrong is wrong? What is right, I shall speak up.

Now most importantly, Your asking my daughter not to to come back to shop for her Sept 5 birthday ( 18 th birthday ) be taken with deep disrespect to the community buckle serves especially Allen, Fairview & McKinney and globally 16-24 years.

I will ensure issue is know globally. This is not a threat but marks on your mission statement & goals.

This is training issue for employees at Buckle.

We are all here to learn. I am not saying, I don’t need to. We all do as one ecosystem.

Mark my daughters birthday is Sept 5.

She is my world. I am a single parent and raised her since she was 6 month old.

That will tell you a lot about this father

Don’t discriminate towards her 18th birthday.

Be thoughtful. Admit your mistake. Welcome her back.
