It’s a ripoff

I wanted to cancel a booking made by mistake few minutes before, but they were charging me 75% of ticket value as cancellation fee. That’s ridiculous. Worst service

The absolute WORST service

This was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had while attempting to book a flight. When I tried to access the "account" feature to get details of the flight I would get "page not available " over and over again. The live person who I spoke with, Sunil, was extremely difficult to understand as he talked very very fast with a very very thick accent and constantly interrupted me. I had to go repeatedly onto the airline's various sites and try to enter the code Sunil took forever to get for me. After several attempts I finally got through and had to basically repeat the entire booking process. In all, it took nearly 2 hours of hell to get it done. NEVER NEVER use Budgetair.com

Mandatory fees for cancellation within one minute

Canceled within a minute after submitting because it would not let me check my seat where it indicated it would and their policy is not to reverse cancellations without $110 fee so I paid $50 more for this service than all the other ones

I bought tickets for a specific flight

I bought tickets for a specific flight, no indication that a change was made by your system and what I purchased is completely unacceptable. To change my tickets to what I had originally input costs more than what it would be to forfeit this money and start over... I called with 10 minutes of purchase once I reviewed your email to me. You're crooked in every way..if you're booking online use any other 3rd party platform, this company is rotten.

Bad experience with Customer Service team

I booked several tickets on BudgetAir. Due to medical reason, I had to cancel the bookings. It was a very painful experience to deal with the customer service team. I provided them valid medical certificate, but they kept asking me for the same information several times. It seems that their team didn't care to review document provided or they were just testing customer patience. After several back and forth emails, they finally told me that they could do nothing and I needed to check directly with the Airline company. I do not recommend booking through this platform at all! And good luck if you need assistance from customer service team.
