I got this connection 2 months back. 1 Gig fiber optic connection. Max sped I got was 260 Mbps but 90% of the time it is 60 or less than 60Mbps. And frequent disconnections. If you need to be connected to internet just sit next to the modem, that's the only option!! Non of the extender will get internet to pass on to the next floor. And the response from customer care is worst than the internet speed.. For some reason first 14days I did not see any disconnections.. After getting into the contract period it all started.. So just don't fall for this low price label it's worst than dial up internet speed!! They can't fix the speed even after they tried 2 times and still it's slow as 2g or dial up era!!
The technical team is trying to fix it for more than 30 days and no luck!!! They simply ask me to remove all other device from the modem and check on the wired connection, it will be faster at that moment, in sometime again it will be very slow, Also they will not check the wifi strength of the router. It's not even a wifi 6 router for a 1 Gig connection. ideally you should not charge me for the days I had trouble with this connection and it will be almost every day!!
I am calling the customer care almost everyday and repeating the same task which they know on every call, only if you go through the situation you will understand the pain of the customers.

They are horrible.
Badly reachable in case of issues and they don’t seem eager to help but only tell they understand and can’t do anything.
My internet connection is not working since last week. They agreed with me to send someone on day X between 12:30-16:00. One day before they changed the time to 11:00-14:00. When I called them to tell I can’t be there before 12:30 they threatened me with a €65 penalty instead of trying to help and postpone. They do whatever they want and suits themselves.
Go for Budget Internet in case you are craving headache.

So, lets begin about claim stabile KPN network..used KPN for few years from different providers, was decent connection despite limited speed at my place.
Thus, when i got offer to get KPN network again with a bit cheaper pricing i gladly accepted offer..and this was a terrible mistake... Disconnections every 5-15 min...wifi 5 cheapest possible router and no possibility to cancel contract even when have actually unusable connection....you cant even watch yt video of 30-40min or hour series with several disconnections... Like for 1h episode you waisting 1,5 hour...most stressful experience ever.
Not sure about KPN itself, but with such subproviders will avoid any of their service in the future.
Budget internet - best ad for not trusting KPN anymore.

They couldn't connect me to the internet even though they came for service twice. You are having trouble connecting to customer service.They couldn't solve the problem for 2 monthsI. I paid extra for 2 months for internet service that I never received. When I cancelled (I hope I can do it), they wanted half of the remaining 10 months as a penalty always talk about this experience with my friends and people around me. It's a company I never want to hear the name of.

Hiring budget internet has been frustrating, I have signed for the internet on 01/05/2025 and received the NTBox on the next day, however, after more than a month I am yet do receive my modem.
Client support only tells me that there was a glitch in May that interrupted the posting of modens to new clients, but it is so hard to believe that a company of this size can go more than a month without being able to register new clients. To this day, they are yet to give me an estimative of when they will finally send me the internet modem required to turn on my internet.

Very disappointed. Be careful!
I had a new contract and had an appointment on Monday. In the morning I got an email saying the Technician will come between 11am and 13:05 pm. So I had to work from home without internet. But the Technician does not show up and the online customer service can only say they can do nothing.
Shity thing is that in the email it says if the Technician comes and I am not at home then I have to pay for 60 euros. Now I am waiting and they didn't show up, then no one pay for my time.
An appointment means nothing for them.

I can't cancel the contract either without paying a 50% fee for each month remaining in the contract. So now I'm stuck with the slow internet for another 7 months.
They didn't exactly try to keep me as a customer.

3. I was forced to pay almost a year of a subscription while not having a working connection. Cost over 600 euro
4. Unwillingness to solve the problem or send an expert
In short; no connection, rude service, not problem oriented and therefore extremely costly. I took a Ziggo subscription next to Budget as the latter never worked

I switched to their Internet in December hoping for at least decent connection. But router that they provided for connection is just terrible. With internet connection speed according to the contract 1Gbit I get only 20-30 mBits on my machine 5 meters away from router. That is just ridiculous. Technical support doesn't want to help at all just explaining that this speed drops are totally fine or maybe my laptop from 2024 is TOO OLD for this speed.
What is even worse I constantly get drops with my internet connection (funny enough got 2 drops right when talking to their tech support) but this fact is totally ignored by specialists.
After reviewing router that is provided with contract (draytek vigor 2765ac) I see the reason for limited speed - it just NEVER INTENDED to support 1Gbit wifi at all. According to it's specs on official website it only limited to 300mbit at top via WIFI. Tried to raise this to tech support - no luck. They just don't care that router they gave me will never work properly. Smells like a scam
Updated: Tried to leave a complaint on their website, but it doesn't work. Well, nice way to ignore complains :)

I try to call them again, and nobodys pickup the phone in 35minutes.
They gave me penalty because I can't close my contract in 1 month.
Now I have to pay more than 150€ back, because nobody can pickup the phone in 30-40minutes. I asket to pay back in 3month, and they said you have 3 day to pay back otherwise you get extra penalty.
I had 10second!!!! to give anwer in Facebook.
Now I busy with "juridisch loket", they said is defenetly illegal.
Still I didn't get email or something how I can pay in 3 month.
I didn't get any help from them or any apologize.

This company doesn’t care about its customers at all. Just read about my personal experience before deciding to deal with them. The moment you sign the contract, they have you in their grip. After that, they treat you as if you don’t matter.
Calling their customer service? Expect at least an hour on hold. And when you finally get through, half of their operators seem clueless about where they are or even how to use a headset. I’ve been waiting for a connection for two months, and this company keeps pushing the installation date further every time.
Oh, and if you want to reschedule? That’ll cost you €65 as a penalty. But they? They can do whatever they please. Fair? I don’t think so.
They sent me a "help SIM" with 100GB of internet to use while I wait for the connection. Sounds good, right? Except no one told me the APN settings, and none of the operators even know how to configure it. On top of that, the SIM is locked for use only in a phone – it doesn’t work in a 4G modem or a laptop with a built-in modem. When I asked for a solution, their brilliant advice was to borrow a phone from my neighbors. Are you kidding me? Maybe you should send me a 4G modem or just unlock the SIM for other devices instead?
Their operators don’t even know how to check the remaining data balance for the SIM. How is that even possible? And when I asked to speak to a manager, they told me it’s not allowed. So, why are these calls being recorded? For fun? Someone, please, check this company! It’s unbelievable that such a service exists and has the audacity to charge people for it.

I signed a contract with Budget all in one on 1 October for a contract starting on 18 October. on 18 October, I got the installation person from Budget coming to my house and as he was not able to find the KPN cable to make the connection, he had to call KPN and ask their installation person to come over. This was supposed to happen yesterday 24 October in the morning. No one from KPN came and when I contacted Budget customer service, I was told that they don't know why the person is not there and asked me to call KPN, which I did. I was bounced between the service for 1.5 hours, until I got hung up on without information.
I called Budget customer service again asking this time to cancel my subscription (option I was given on the 18 October as the connection was not possible). To my surprise, this time, Budget customer service told me I cannot cancel the subscription, everything is now in the hands of KPN.
I was told to wait at home, someone would be coming over. I was also told that someone will call me to give me an update. This was around 13.30-14.00.
At 16.30, I was still without news from Budget or from KPM and decided to call again, asking again to cancel the subscription. I was also told at this moment in time that as long as the internet is not set up, I will not pay anything and again that I cannot do anything except wait for someone from KPN to show up at some point.... I asked to be transferred to the contracts customer service, where I requested my contract to be cancelled. To my surprise again, he told that he can see my subscription is already been cancelled by someone and I should receive a confirmation email shortly.
Sooo, after full day of being held hostage at my own home as I had no news from anyone, I finally was feeling slight relief and saw some light at the end of the day.
Today morning, I wanted to check if the contract was well cancelled, it showed still active on the website so I contacted again the Budget customer service. I was told that I cannot stop my subscription and even if I tried to explain what happened yesterday and what I have been told the previous times, the person was not listening.
For the above reasons, I'm one very unhappy customer, still without internet and I for sure do not want this contract.

Thuis replied to my review and asked me to message on Facebook. I wasn't sure what their account is but I messaged "Budget Thuis" and I still got no reply. The only reply is that i should try calling them. So why did they act all nice here and ask to message on Facebook? A typical sign that they don't care about customers, their goal is only to run things on the cheap.
I've already tried emailing them and filing a complaint. Beware of this unscrupulous and irresponsible company...

Awful experience. Internet is generally working OK but many devices suddenly started facing syncing issues with the wifi (eg printer, digital weighing scale). The 2.4ghz band is unstable and often one cannot connect with it directly. I never had these issue before with other internet service providers, and troubleshooting with individual devices did not help.
I tried contacting Budget-Alles-in-1 but the customer service is horrendous. I tried calling at different times but each time not only is there a wait time, but the wait time is increasing the longer you wait - never experienced this with another phone line ever.
The only way to get into contact was by chat - first you have to get through a bot. Once I got the agent, and after spending ages going through troubleshooting, Agent 1 said a technical agent will need to call me. Of course this did not happen so after following up, they just gaslighted me saying that this never happened, even though I had a copy of the transcript. Then they played me around, and put me in touch with a technical agent who was Agent 1. Then he ignored me and did not help me at all...
I chose this company because they seemed alright and well priced. Tbf my internet is working but do not expect competence when things go wrong.... I have issued a complaint today on 22nd October 2024. Let's see what happens.

I asked customer service to have the installer come to me because my internet wasn't working. The internet wasn't working because of you. But as it turns out, I have to pay 65 euros for this. Are you kidding me?? Your company is just crap and incompetent people. I immediately demand a refund of 65 euros. I was never informed that I had to pay any additional costs. The only information was that I had to pay 65 euros if I wasn't at home. But I was at home and the installer was also at my place. If the matter is not resolved, I will use my legal insurance. Customer service, of course, did not help in any way. Scandal. Do not choose this company!!!!
Complaint sent on September 11 to klanten budgetallesin1.nl and still no response. It's good that I still have a contract for half a year. Then I'm ending my cooperation for electricity and internet with this ridiculous company.

This is all very disappointing. I changed from Ziggo because I wanted glasvezel at a good price. I recieved a mail that my Internet was active during the week but the first appointment I could get for a monteur was on Monday. Instead of Budget telling Ziggo I would be connected on Monday they told them I was already connected. When we got up thismorning we found out we had no Internet and no TV. This is the sort of thing that happend in the 1990s...
Update: The monteur has been and says he can't connect me anyway because the guy they sent last week to fit the glassvezel into my house didn't do it properly and I have no connection.
Finally found the problem, not wired properly 1,6 kms away in the centrale. Now online but it's taken 5 days from bieng cut off from Ziggo.
1. Budget, please check if there's a working Internet connection before you tell the old provider to stop the contract
2, Please fix your customer service system cause it's impossible to get to talk to someone and just wastes so much time. Stressful.
Plus point! Recieved a mail that I'll be refunded for the time that I didn't have Internet or TV. That's a good thing .

Once installed the speed to internet is not as per my satisfaction throughout my house. Router is really weak and the signal does not reach the entire house. (FYI - I had no such issues with Ziggo - my previous internet provider).
Overall I am disappointed with the quality and speed of service and the product. This is a 2 year fixed contract so suspect I am stuck with this for now.

I was very satisfied with the provider so far (internet only). However, I wanted to ask a question at the end of my contract regarding the return of my products, but I couldn't fill out the form because I could no longer provide a Dutch number. Therefore, I had to contact them by phone. I finally got someone on the line, but this person was only there for sales and redirected me to another number, where I was supposed to wait for 20 minutes instead of answering my (non-important for the company in point of sales) questions. As a result, I handled it at my own expense. I would have liked to send this feedback directly to Budget Alles-in-1, but unfortunately, there is no email address available. Conclusion: Everything works very well as long as you don't have a question.
