Ben was very helpful with ideas and options.Mark and Adam were canny lads who installed the windows.The communication from the office staff and follow up are spot on.Well pleased with every aspect and would recommend this company

Window went in well. Crew did a lovely job and we're very pleasantly. Apart from having to wait for the sill to be delivered, the fitting was excellent! Debbie was in touch with me throughout and was brilliant! Thank you Debbie and the Team.

The guys turned up as stated 8am,carroed out their works in a tidy and professional manner ansmd explained the locking mechanism and cleaning methods.
And the door looks great

From contacting Budget windows to completion of our order Budget windows have been professional and very helpful. They have given excellent advice and listened to our needs. There window fitters arrived on time where very polite did an excellent job and left everything very tidy and clean. I will always recommend this company

Great communication from start to finish and everyone i spoke to throughout the process gave exact timescales and were very knowledgeable and friendly. The 2 lads that carried out the installation were great. They were tidy and friendly and did a fantastic job

The two fitters who visited were extremely professional and courteous, they were finished with the job very quickly tidied up after themselves and then explained everything to us. l can't recommend them enough.

From sales to installation everything has gone great. Extremely happy that everything that was sold to me was what I received, install team (Daniel and Phil) were great, really helpful and professional. I will definitely be using budget again for anything that comes up.

Fantastic from start to finish!! I would definitely recommend Budget.
Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and professional but a special shout out to Rob, who fitted the door to exacting standards, and Deb who kept me informed throughout.
Seldom have I had the pleasure of dealing with such a professional firm, who genuinely want to do their best for their customers.

We have had two lots of windows supplied and fitted by Budget windows. They were very professional on there fitting and leaving everything clean and tidy. We did have a small problem with one of the windows but the company responded very well and got it sorted for us. Rob the fitter who fixed the problem window for us did an excellent job and was very professional and Curtis. I would like thank Debs for keeping us informed in her kind and curtis manner.

Had this company out for a quote for 7 new windows and the sales guy (Bez) seemed nice. He then gave us a hugely inflated price of £9.8k but if we went ahead today, it was 8k. I was honest and said we’ve got others coming to quote us. He became rude asking what was wrong with the price, said other companies quality will be rubbish. When I asked for the price again, he said there was no point writing down the 8k which is ‘today’s price’ and to just write the 9.8k price. When I asked what is the average waiting time for installation, he said there was no point telling me coz I’m not going ahead. Ridiculous and rude sales people. Went with a local company which was half the price. Avoid these!!!

Wouldn't measure anything with just my wife at home. They needed me (a man but used some wierd "its the law" answer). She told him it wasn't 1940. Lots of talk & finally told us they could do 20k, magically rang his boss and got it down to 13k. Even the lower price was double the last 4 quotes we've had. Lurked, chatted & pretty much used any typical slime sales tactics. Literally ran out the door when we told him this. We're wise enough to scatter these cowboys but seeing my elderly neighbour down the street using them, I dread to think how much they've paid. Tell anyone you know to avoid, nothing "budget" about them.

Budget windows came to price up 8 windows and 2 doors going through their ‘recycling scheme’.

Salesman was fairly polite until he started questioning about my partner. Even though I persistently said it was my house and my decision about the property they frequently asked me how my partner would feel and wished he was there.

The price quoted was ridiculous! Close to £15k! They talked through finance options but this seems more of a scam to lure you in as you give an ideal monthly figure but they automatically base it on an 10 year period with very high interest rates, racking up to actually paying £24k if I went with the finance options.

The salesman then put his boss on speakerphone whilst still in the house, obviously trying to apply more pressure for the sale. Stating again he wished my partner was present, however seeing the windows would not change minds about the ridiculous pricing!

I worry about vulnerable people who may not think to google the usual costs of fitting windows in a house and would just accept the price as gospel.

Seemed very sexist to keep mentioning my partner and seemed to want to deal with him rather than the actual homeowner (myself).

The salesmen talk the talk and give these stories, which I’m sure yes new windows will improve the heat in the house, but to say they are competitively priced is a bit of a joke after speaking to people who have had bespoke windows put in in London for £8k

Go independent or shop around, these guys definitely aren’t worth it

Good communication, on time and the lads who came did a fantastic job. From start to finish this was a great company to deal with from purchase to installation.

Price was way too expensive for me.

The installation manager and team were excellent. The lads were very efficient but also friendly and respectfull to my mother and neighbours. Excellent job and gorgeous porch.
