From the moment I found my deal on their website to the safe delivery of a very fragile item, the team at Buildrite were so very helpful, professional, prompt and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to give perfect service to a customer 200 miles away. My only regret is they are not on my doorstep!
Absolutely brilliant service from the team from start to finish. This is the second time we have used them for a major building project and everything was spot on. Really quick on delivery on both occasions and everything was exactly as described. We had to hire some equipment this time round and they were excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend using buildrite!! 👌
Buildrite does not bother to keep its web site up to date. They sent me goods that were significantly different than advertised on the website, without telling me. I forgave them the first time, but then I compiled another order, only to be told they were out of stock of a key item I needed, which was offered on their web site, and couldn't give me any idea whether it would be back in stock, and offered no apology and admitted no responsibility for wasting my time. I'll avoid the aggravation and go elsewhere in future.
