Professional on time and clean Job. I will hire them again.

My experience with BuildZoom was extremely frustrating, mainly because of the platform itself. The user interface feels outdated, cluttered, and not intuitive at all. It’s difficult to navigate, and simple actions like updating project details or tracking progress take way more time than they should. The layout makes it hard to find important information, and overall it doesn’t feel user-friendly.

On top of that, the customer support was disappointing. Responses were slow, generic, and didn’t really address the issues I was facing. It felt like I was getting copy-paste answers instead of real assistance. When you’re dealing with construction planning, you need clarity and responsiveness — and unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.

Overall, the platform needs serious improvements in usability and customer support. I expected a much smoother and more professional experience.

This crew went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right and that I understood every detail that was going to take place. This crew deservers 1000 gold stars for some the best customer I have seen in a long time.
Keep up the excellent service and when I need more work done I hope that other crews take a page from this crews play book and give the same top notch service to myself and or other clients

Easy to use, found our contractor for kitchen remodel through them

Easy experience

Many pluses: quick and courteous response, aggressive follow-up, timely response from an interested party (unfortunately, my job was small and likely did not interest larger contractors). I will keep the BuildZoom link in my file for future needs.

BuildZoom cannot be trusted for contractor referrals. We had an experience with a contractor that the CSLB investigated and determined that this contractor broke from industry standards and was fined. We have submitted this information 3 times on buildZoom so no one else experiences what we did with this contractor. BuildZoom has posted none of it, and keeps this contractor in the top 12%

They have deceptive business practices. They make you sign a one-year contract with a 2-month penalty to use their tool before they even give you a chance use it yourself. Then they want to charge you $1,000 to stop using the tool and get out of the contract. The tool just gives you access to the permit database so that you can cold call contractors to beg for work. They were pitched as leads.

Buildzoom is a great work platform for both the customer and contractor! They have professional customer service,quick response time and top pro companies working with them. I will definitely keep using BuildZoom!

I wanted to leave a positive review of a local contractor I used. The process was quick and easy!

I found the company which I wanted to commend, yet found it difficult to maneuver some.
It was some time ago when the work was completed so I forgot a few of the details required for the review

The tilers inherited a wavy concrete situation and the natural slate we were using in our 800 s.f. courtyard had clefts and slight size variations, all on a complex layout of planters, steps. Awesome job in putting it in but a slight dip in one place. They came back and spent three days making the pavers perfect. And they are really nice people to have around!
