I made an order bjt immediately i…

I made an order bjt immediately i realise that I miss one letter in the print what i want, it pass few minutes and i called them , no one pick up and i was trying several time, I also send an email to ask that they can correct it , I got answer when order was already shipped that sorry we cant do that because we shipped your order already but if you want you can buy new one with a discount 40% .. well seriously do i want another one? No thank you. Company gives a customer 2 ways of contact and they dont answer any of them untill is not too late.
