I purchased a safe from them and it didn't work. When I called the customer service, the rep, while being very polite and nice, couldn't solve the problem. I asked them to send a replacement but then refused to nor were they willing to take the defective one back (something I purchased few days earlier). The design of the safe seemed outdated too. Avoid at all cost.
