Slow shipping/no communication
On the 20th of November we ordered a new window and closing cord. The website said it would take up to 7 business days. We are now on the 10th business day and only now got send the track and trace code. They even haven’t handed the package over to the shipping company. I’ve send multiple mails for more information, got no answer. Next time I’m not ordering spare parts on the official website, bad service and communication!
