i wish there is a zero star i can give. Becareful with them when ordering they arent good extremely rude. I have been waiting for my order to get shipped from one month now. Always check if it is presell item they are advertising stuffs which they don't have in stock. never see the reviews on their websites its all fake.

The people running this website are really rude. They made me pay them suddenly start talking very rudely and then finally did not delivery my order. My retired Doc recommended me to buy my valuables from Augustine 209::204::;04::;01… not sharing is being selfish

The order was shipped and FedEx emailed the delivery was to be Tuesday morning, then afternoon, then by 8pm. Then the same thing Wednesday and Thursday I called and spoke with someone I could barely understand in the Phillipines who after 45 minutes told me to call Bullion. I did so and after 15 minutes on hold the first C S rep said it would be delived Friday. I said I would not be home Friday. She hung up on me. 30 minutes later I got threw to a guy. Rude as hell, I asked for a supervisor he scolded me and said give him the info or he would hang up. FEDEX put my order on the wrong truck and sent it to another state. They tried to say they attempted delivery, A LIE. Bottom line it requires a signature and if Noone is here they send back to Bullion and I lose 2000.00 on my purchase as the price has craterd.

Sent my check for a random bullion gold piece they advertised on their website. and never received the item. When I received the package, it was open and the product was lost / stolen during transit. The company says that they send their product in non tamper able and indiscrete packaging. In this case neither was true. It was sent in plastic bubble wrap easily broken open with a box knife or could have even been opened by the transit machinery or staff. Either way, I didn't receive my product!
Submitted a complaint with the Better Business Burau and they also received no response from Bullion.com. FYI, Bullion.com receives a rating of F from the BBB. I wish I knew all this before doing business with this company. Hopefully this review will help others from making the mistake that I have.

Purchased large amount of silver and gold, over $60K. Most of the order was fine, despite prolonged shipping time after payment processed, but one of the two 100oz silver bars they shipped was from a black listed mint made of recycled electronic waste. A very unattractive bar, as opposed to the other poured bar I received. I contacted their customer service upon receiving it to see about exchanging it for another one like the poured and serialized one I received, but they have not responded. I know the silver content is there, but it's premium is greatly reduced because of it's fraud history (OPM). I will never do business with them again...not because of the inferior bar but because of their refusal to even respond to my concern or request. Buyer beware!

This company is run by immigrants who sell the cheapest returns they get. They don't care where your item goes. The tracking is bullshit. And hope your not stupid like I found out. And had 2 police forces working for me. It's a small world, hope I don't run into anyone who screwed up my order. Dont use bullion.com

I purchased a significant amount of gold bars from Bullion.com, lured by their promise of "1-day shipping." It has now been over a week, and my order has not even been processed.

More alarmingly, I have attempted to contact them multiple times through their website and email, and they have completely ignored every single inquiry. This site is operating like a "ghost" or "bot" website with zero accountability.

At this point, I suspect this is a fraudulent operation. Taking a customer's money and then cutting off all communication is unacceptable. I am now filing formal fraud reports with the FTC and the Delaware State Attorney General.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay away!

If I could give zero stars, I would! My order was cancelled after payment. No explanation. No email. I have written to them with no response and even tried their live chat with no response! Buyer beware buying from this company!

Placed an order. They cashed my check & canceled my order. Does not respond to emails, or the live chat on their website.

Good buying experience. Got a nice 10 oz. silver bar.
