Beware, what you see is not what you get

After looking at their website, I selected a bouquet to be sent to a friend. The bouquet my friend received was not representative of the picture shown on the website. The bouquet received looked only half the size of that shown. Will not order from them again nor recommend their company.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your gift. Our bouquets are displayed online alongside a full description of what is included. The majority of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. If having checked the bouquet content anything was missing, please pop an email over to us at Flowers@bunches.co.uk and we can review this further. Kind Regards Bunches

First time buyer, will buy again

First time buying from here and will again. Got next day delivery and they arrived beautifully, a week later they are blooming amazingly. I would recommend, especially since is few and far between places that actually send a bouquet constructed rather than in an envelope box.

Absolutely would recommend

Absolutely would recommend. I had some sent to me, and I was so impressed with the freshness of the flowers on arrival and the condition, I have since sent some to a friend, who commented how lovely they were and felt so fresh. This has all been in this hot weather we've been having. The flowers also latest well. They were beautiful!

I absolutely love your company but Royal mail really let you down. After many alleged missed deliveries I have no option now but to get any deliveries up to two days earlier than required.
The flowers are beautiful and ordering is so easy.

Horrible experience. Avoid.

I only discovered Bunches recently, when I used them to send some flowers to my mother and everything went well. As so often, however, it is when things go wrong that you really get the measure of a company, and after my recent experience, I will not be using this company again.

I placed an order on Monday for some flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my sister, who was coming out of hospital the following day. When they did not arrive on the Tuesday, I was not unduly concerned as I know that a small proportion of Royal Mail Tracked 24 parcels do not arrive for two days. The tracking showed that the parcel had been sent to the wrong town in error and was being ‘immediately redirected’

At 5pm on the Wednesday, it had still not arrived and the tracking, which had not updated for more than 24 hours, still showed my package as being stuck in the wrong town, which was more than an hour away from my sister. I contacted Customer Services and asked if they would please send out a replacement t in time for it to be delivered the following day as it was very obvious the package was lost. They refused to do this, insisting that I wait until 7.30pm, which was officially the Royal Mail cut off time, in spite of the fact that they would then be closed and obviously unable to send out a replacement until Thursday for (hopeful) delivery on Friday, four days after I had requested it.

It was not, of course, delivered by 7.30pm, the tracking still shows it in the wrong town, and I have now requested a refund instead, which they have agreed to, though I have yet to receive it, or even confirmation that it has been processed.

Don’t believe the guff about Bunches being a family firm that is “all about relationships” and “committed to making sure your experience is perfect every time”. The customer service responses are very clearly written by AI and probably the marketing too. Avoid, and shop local, as I have now done, ordering from a local florist for delivery today. I only wish I’d done that in the first place.

We're sorry to hear how much upset and frustration this whole experience caused, especially given the timing with your sister coming out of hospital. That's exactly the kind of moment we want to get right, and it's clear we let you down.

To confirm, we can see that your refund was processed on the date we advised. If it hasn't reached your account yet, this is usually down to your bank's own processing times, so please do keep an eye out for it, but do come back to us if it hasn't landed within 5 working days and we'll look into it further.

On the delivery itself, once a parcel is with Royal Mail we do have to allow them their full allocated delivery window, even when tracking hasn't updated. Parcels that are redirected to the wrong depot can sometimes miss scans along the way but still arrive within the timeframe, so we're unfortunately not able to send a replacement until that window has passed. We appreciate this is a frustrating policy to be on the receiving end of, particularly when time is tight.

We're very sorry this has put you off ordering with us again, and we do appreciate your honesty.

kind Regards Bunches

Easy to navigate and order online

Easy to navigate and order online, the communication from ordering to delivery was great.
The flowers we ordered were on offer, so win win!
The recipient rang to say they were beautiful, I didn’t actually see them but trust Bunches delivered what I ordered and paid for.

Good and bad service. I ordered two different bouquets for…

I ordered two different bouquets for two different people, on 24/6/26. On 14/7 one was delivered to the house door, (she had a tiny garden). No problem, she was delighted with the flowers. Order no.03800244. On4/7 the other bouquet was left at the unlocked front gate at the bottom of the drive. Although she could see the gate from the house the bouquet was left lying at the side, I think she found them by accident the next day. Order no.13800243. It wasn’t a long drive to walk up, I was very disappointed when I heard about this and will seriously think twice before using you again.

It took 3 days before my daughter got the flowers. Most of them were dead.
It’s the first time I experience that.
Royal mail normally contact neighbors to get in if my daughter is working. On the 3 day they did that.
Only a few flowers survived that.
Ordering flowers always is very easy
Ordered 13 of July she got them on the 16’th

I was sent a bunch of flowers from my daughter, I couldn't tell her how disappointing they were.
There was several of them broken , the rest of which there were not many were old and tired looking.
I would have got a similar bunch from a supermarket for about 8 pounds fully alive.
Save your money and go elsewhere, the recipient many be very disappointed with what they received and feel unable to say so.

This company is a bunch of amateurs

This company is a bunch of amateurs, not guaranteeing a delivery order on a weekend for the forthcoming Tuesday. Please do not use this supplier for the day you need them delivered. Shocking service, I would cancel any order you might place, straightaway.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We've had a closer look at your order and can see that Royal Mail Tracked delivery was selected at checkout. This service can take up to 2 working days to arrive, as outlined on our website.

It's worth mentioning that the date an order is placed doesn't affect the delivery date, as we dispatch all our gifts the day before your chosen delivery date.

If you ever need a gift to arrive on a specific day, we do offer a guaranteed courier service for an additional cost, which might be worth considering for future orders. Kind Regards Bunches
