Generally very impressed, I ordered a personalised gift for next day delivery (i’d left it very late) although I selected next day I was apprehensive that it wouldn’t arrive on time as some larger companies can’t even manage it and especially with it being personalised. The item arrived the next day, in the time frame given and wrapped beautifully. Really pleased although my only comment would be that there are no sizes on the website, or at least not for the item I ordered. I had assumed the hamper was slightly bigger than what I got. No biggie it’s actually very sweet but it would have been helpful to know beforehand. Great company all the same, I would defo recommend!

AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a personalised blanket for my niece and couldn't be more disappointed with the product or the customer service I have received! Product claimed to be "beautifully wrapped" arrived in crumpled tissue paper, motif on blanket was cheap and tiny, came with horrible green label on a baby pink blanket and generally was not the "Stylish and unique" gift I thought I had ordered. Like other reviewers, when I called to provide feedback I was met with a defensive, borderline rude response and was told in no uncertain terms I could not get a refund. I will be telling all my fellow mom friends.
