I had seen a VW Toureg and Mario was so lovely to deal with. My finance took over a week to organise but Mario was so ever patient and understanding. 100% would come here to buy a car purely because of the service Mario gave me .

We bought a Tesla Model Y from Burford car sales and were looked after by Simon who is a great credit to the company. He was professional, keeping in touch with me prior to our visit to collect the car. The car itself is immaculate and exactly as described. We were very pleased with the car and the courtesy shown to us by all the staff. Parking on site is a bit tricky and one member of staff moved their car for us to park. Simon showed great patience whilst I had an extremely lengthy discussion with my bank organising the payment and he makes a decent cup of coffee - thank you. He made sure I felt comfortable with all the controls before I set off. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for decent, well looked after cars. Thank you to all.

Arrogant and create a feeling that they are doing me a service by selling me something . They refuse to even enter any negotiation on price then tell me it’s my priority to own a car they want to sell as they can’t be bothered to put themselves out for delivery , and is not as featured in the video! I’m left thinking I’ll just cancel the order and buy of someone who values hard earned money . Not how I run a business . It’s now my terms or no terms. Their call Own goal! All they’ve managed to do is antagonise me and earn a poor review own goal no2

We visited Mario at Burford car sales just over a week ago and purchased an Audi Q5.
Mario was really helpful and a genuinely lovely guy. Made us feel really welcome and relaxed and even took the time to interact with our 9 month old baby.

Great service easy transaction from Mario in the sales department great communication and after sales help from Simon and the boys from some issues I had after purchase highly recommend purchasing a car from Burford cars

Avoid these guys at all costs. Had an awful experience trying to sell my car through them. Agreed a price in principle based on defects I had highlighted yet when collection was due to take place I was then given a revised offer based on the defects I had already clearly highlighted. Poor customer service and very poor tactics trying to take advantage of potential customers.
