How can anyone claims mcdonalds burgers are better? They don't even come close esp the mephis bbq ranch 1 at the minute. The best burger from any chain by a mile.

It’s just embarrassingly bad. Burgers like squashed roadkill. Fries even worse. Rank. Absolutely rank. Cannot believe how bad Welwyn Garden City Burger King is. App uninstalled and will probably never ever ever buy a Burger King again.

I’m glad Burger King has poor reviews. I’d be happier if it had one star and the fact it does not means there’s still an awful lot of people that don’t get it.

I was travelling so very hungry so went for a vegetarian burger and boy, that was a big mistake. It fid not taste like any vegetarian burger I’ve had before and a Tully disgusting. I also reads they often cook it on the same grill they cook meat. I have not witnessed this myself. The sodium content is around forty percent of your daily max. Mine was so salty I could not eat it. I felt bad all day with this junk in my gut so I did an AI search to check the ingredients which confirmed my concerns. This is another level and I’m not going to go into detail here but I’ve blacklisted Burger King for life. I generally care about my health and my body knows when I give it food that is poor.

These western junk food chains are the same as the tobacco business. Everything for profit. If we closed them down, long term illnesses will put a doubt be drastically reduced. I heard they’re losing customers and a lot of them are almost empty and that pleases me greatly.

Do yourself a favour and avoid eating in 5he de places. For the same money I could have eaten a healthier and much tastier meal.

We went to the Burger King in Aalbek, Germany at 3 pm.
I have never tried such a rude service from the desk.
We asked what to do in English. We already had ordered our food from the screen but didnt understand what the order was Got Through. He answered very rough in german. We asked him to please speak English and her just kept speaking german. He yelled at us in German. We understood he wanted us to go back to the screen and order from the beginning. but he Did not help us. Very very rude service. We left the restaurant without buying anything. A Family of five. I am considering not visiting Burger King again and defiantly never visit the Burger King at Aalbek, Germany.

Branch manager, refusing to serve people one hour before closing time exceptionally rude.
How do you have to order via the app which is not working.

The customer service is very kind and very fast, food is nice and hot when severed

We clicked the pay cash option, which lead to us waiting in a crowd of probably 30 people thinking we could pay when we got our food. After 10 minutes of waiting we asked a staff member who told us there wasn’t a cash option, then when we told him we pressed the pay cash option, he told us they don’t accept it. After this we began to ask what to do before the staff member walking away in the middle of our talking to us.

Terrible New manager always speaking Haitian and very rude, plus since the main manager left they've been struggling to maintain her standards. No more even napkin dispensers or even straws, u have to ask for everything now. Not to mention no more charging post at All. Losing many good customers cause of these things. Plus most don't even speak English. Really?

Burger king Crewe....stone cold disgusting greasy slime totally inedible 1 mouthful of both burger and chips was enough. It went straight in the bin .Do not waste your money.I would give it no stars if I could .

Called into the hough Stafford as I had not had a burger
King meal in years. We decided to eat in upon entering the restaurant the door and stairs were very greasy not what I expected as the stairs were very slippy. The meal was given in a bad despite selecting eat in on the order screen. We walked out the car to eat the meal and the whopper was awful it was cold as was the chicken royal meal. The only good thing was the fries.
Sadly I won’t be returning as I remember the whopper was great sadly no longer the case.
I was watching the burger being prepared and it didn’t come from griddle and not flame grill. It came from draw with what looked like water. Hardly flame grilled!!!

Food stone cold and overpriced with no flavour…. This is the first time I have been in a Burger King for around 10 years and I won’t be returning

Dry chicken, cold fries, rude staff, and a dirty restaurant. Won’t be back.

Went to the burger king near Euston Station, bought a whopper meal. The price was extortionate for what I got, a small diet coke, whopper dripping with ketchup and mayo, plus the burger couldn't have tasted more bland. To top it off their 'regular' fries were TINY, like a joke bag of chips, ridiculous for the high price. Used to love burger King years ago but won't bother after this, rubbish.

I have been to burger King at Tonbridgewall with my family....to be honest the best service I ever got.....lovely staff, quick service and the woppers were so juicy....keep up the good work guys

I was shocked at the size of this extortionately priced meal. The double burger was child like, the so called large fries were similar to macdonalds hapoy meal, could have bought double amount for same cost at macdonalds

Very rude manager. Disgracfull. Also told only accepting cash and then changed his mind. He needs demoting immediately

I am a 34 year old woman from Englad. I am utterly dissapointed in Burger Kings service and food. Last time I ate there i shit my pants with explosive diarrhea. I could not walk for 3 days afte i ate the wopper. I didn't even get a burger king crown. When i got home I exploded with diarrea in my bed and my husband thought i was joking so he licked my diarrea. And now hes sick. So i blame that on you aswell. I will sue you ass, beacause i dont have one after my buthole exploded.

They have great food but it is better than McDonald's for sure. Burger king is my favorite fast food restaurant that I can't stop eating so I've been to Amsterdam,Johnstown and Gloversville one I love their appreciation staff there🩵🩵
