disgusting food never warm and never taste good

I went through the drive through on February 7th at 10:45 pm and ordered a #1 Large with Dr pepper and at first all was fine I frequent this location a lot however on this night I got to the window paid for my order waited for my order and the guy came to the window and handed me my bag and I took it and put it in my passenger seat and took off I get home and get inside and I sit down to eat and as I'm pulling my food out of the bag I look down and there was a used qtip swab in my sack. An odd thing to find in a sack from a fast food joint so I took a picture of it. And I called the restaurant and a lady answered and the way I was treated was unacceptable she told me that she doesn't know how something like that could be in my bag cause they don't even have qtip swabs in the entire building she said there was no way that a qtip swab could have got in the bag by anyone there because they don't have qtip swabs in the building so totally hinting that I would have had to put it there because there's no way anyone there did and then she said if I wanted to call back in 10 minutes she'd take my name down and put me down on the list to replace my meal. So I called back in 10 minutes and the guy from the drive thru answered I recognized his voice as being the guy at the window who handed me my food. I told him the same story and he in response says to me the exact same thing word for word that the lady I talked to before him had said when I called the first time and so I told him I had talked to a lady and she said she'd put my name on a list and he then says to me that he didn't have a pen and he didn't have any paper and that he didn't know how to spell so I I wanted my food replaced I'd have to come back with the food and the receipt. But by then I had already ate my food and was at home on the other side of town and I wasn't going to get back out to go clear across town again to do that it's was really cold out that night. I would have said something sooner but was so upset at the whole situation then I got kicked out of my place so I became homeless and I've been struggling with getting another place to live that I'm just now getting a chance to review this. But I wanted to make it know. About the horribly I was treated by these people then for them to treat me and talk to me like I was the one who put the qtip there just so I could complain was really offensive.

Went to Stafford burger king drive through which wasn't that busy when we went so we thought it will be ok , NOT!!! in line waiting for 38mins before taking order , girl in microphone was on while we were waiting and we could hear her complaining about how knackered she was & moaning about customers to other members of staff forgetting we could hear everything on her voice piece, then after 34mins we ordered our food not being told how much it's was , went to hatch and we were told to park up and wait yet again still taking our order without telling us the total , so I had to ask for the total price after waiting a total of 40 mins we got our burgers which were just about warm , so burger king not a great experience at the new Stafford store 3/10 😔

The 45th street in grifffith in have been their on several occasions tell them my order no pickles never right and wait 15 to 20 minutes iam done wont be back

Playa del inglés restaurante in Yumbo centre. Looking for food poisoning this is the place to find it. Throughout the weeks the food is generally to an exceptable standard but mud week any jumps on the grill and makeup counter. The food is turned out undercooked and served cold for whatever reason. A regular customer at burger king world wide I will never set foot in another

The burgers are good and the drinks is delicious.

Certainly wouldn't order a delivery from Chester restaurant turned up freezing cold so had to bin most of it rang the store got fobbed off and told to contact uber eats absolute shite customer service

I recently placed an order from Burger King via Uber Eats for a family treat, as we hadn't had it in years. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. One of the items was completely inedible, and the entire order arrived stone cold, making it unfit to eat.

Despite raising these concerns, I was met with an instant, generic response denying a refund, which feels dismissive given the circumstances. Spending £54.00 on a meal that couldn’t be eaten is simply unacceptable. I would appreciate a proper review of this issue, as well as appropriate compensation.

I urge you to reconsider your stance and provide a resolution that reflects good customer service. Please let me know how you plan to address this

Visited on 25-01-2025, ordered a Whoppa meal with hot chocolate drink.

Whoppa, just about warm, not nice at all
Fries - same as the Whoppa
Hot chocolate drink, almost cold
Staff - lookesd as they they didnt want to be there.

This is the second time I have given them a chance and once again half my order is missing if you want to waste £30 on undelivered food and cold salty chips and burgers then this is the place for you... Otherwise give it a wide berth and go somewhere else that actually brings you what you paid for rather than being hungry and trying to get your money back

Castle Gate Burger king. Great burgers. Very filling. Family of 4. Excellent customer service from Stephanie and team. Waited around 5 mins for food. Fast, fresh food.

Its honestly criminal that you charge money for the s*** you serve . You just charged me over an hour's rate . To make me stand 15 minutes because it's only one person in front of me . To then finally go to approach and pass me my food for a delivery driver to come and your guy to put my food back under a heat lamp . The chicken nugget supplied wasn't fresh and clearly had been refried absolutely vile . My latte and fries wasn't even lukewarm by the time your stuff finally got around to handle it me. This whole experience is actually put me off ever going to Burger King again . What an absolute waste of my hard earned money

Went through the drive thru today, they didn’t hear the last whopper jr I paid 3.89 for each instead of 2 for 5, it was cold, I got a bacon burger instead, the food was cold and when I had to wait for the 2nd whopper jr plain, nothing on it, it took 5 minutes, he took the burger that was in the bag, tossed it on the counter so the girl can hand it to me and the young girl apologized for the grown man. Worst experience I had in drive thru’s. The man was very rude, food was cold and when he tossed it on the counter was it! This was the Burger King on stefco blvd in Bethlehem. That was my last time I will ever visit a Burger King!

Ordered a delivery at 16:40.
Arrived at 18:05 freezing cold.
Absolutely atrocious and no way to call anyone to complain- only an online form. Don't order from here.

My daughter tried to make an on line order to 41 church street but her app said no on line orders available she asked me to collect instead as I was in Croydon she ordered got the code etc I went to the desk gave the lady the code I explained what had happened she said i have to have the app. I asked to speak to the manager he said the same thing. So I just went elsewhere got a better deal across the road. Obviously Burger king are not aware of their competitors;they should be lucky we ordered from them after a mouse was seen in their toilet!!!

I love Burger King, but especially in DK!

Horrendous. My husband ordered via the Just Eat app. Order placed at 4pm, by 5pm the courier was still on site awaiting the order. The time kept being pushed back to over 90 minutes from the order being placed. My husband called the restaurant to chase and they were rude to him, saying they didn’t have the order. I messaged Just Eat to complain, requesting a refund and suddenly the courier had the order. It arrived 10 minutes later stone cold and the chips were soggy. I will never order from Burger King ever again. Best part of £30 for stone cold food and rude service.

Ordered a takeaway delivery. Food arrived late and stoned cold, next day I had diarrhoea, and this is dangerous for me as I have a stoma illestomy bag!!
I will not be buying your products anymore. The burger tasted stale, like it was sitting around for a while.
Very disappointed. 😞
