We had two bathrooms fitted by Burgess Bathrooms and the brief wasn't easy - one modern family shower room and one large bathroom to incorporate both antique and modern elements. Other companies struggled with the concept - Matt and Edward didn't hesitate. They were incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and hard-working, as was their fitter, and it was bliss for me not to have to project manage, but to hand it over to them and get on with my life! Their fixed cost system is also a boon - ours is a period house and all sorts of horrors lurked under the walls and floors, but they dealt with it all with aplomb, and no increase in cost (unless I requested something that had not originally been quoted for). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - I have two stunning new bathrooms that make me happy every day!

The workmanship is fantastic and the team were easy to contact and dealt with any issues professionally and came up with solutions. They made the whole process of ordering products easy and managed deliveries.

The timeline was slightly out and the project was delivered a couple of weeks later than anticipated - though this was a combination of additional work that needed doing and in my opinion there could have been two workers on site rather than just the one we had for the majority of the build.

I would have liked a few more site visits from Matt during the process, especially when the project was near completion. Also the team who actually did all the manual work couldn't understand English, which made it difficult when trying to resolve any immediate issues or to have explanations when there were problems that needed resolving.

I have been delighted with the results from Burgess Bathrooms. We had struggled to find a bathroom renovations specialist in South London that we felt we could trust, but our minds were put to ease upon meeting Edward. He consulted us on our design ideas and made some suggested tweaks that we have been delighted with. The process has been incredibly smooth and they have communicated with us consistently throughout the process. We even had a slight issue with some missing packs of tiles (our fault, not theirs) and they went above and beyond to secure them and not delay the build process. Thank you guys!

We hired Burgess to completely refit our bathroom, including demolishing a wall separating the bathroom from a WC to create a much larger space. From the start, Burgess were professional and attentive to what we wanted. Their quote was very reasonable in comparison to others, but still included everything we wanted with the ability to pick and choose our fixtures and fittings. The best part is that with Burgess, you're locked in at the quoted price, so even if things go wrong along the way, you don't end up paying more. This was particularly important in our case, as when the tiles came off, we found that one wall was not stable. Rebuilding it would have been a big issue without the guaranteed price. The bathroom fitters employed by Burgess were courteous, trustworthy and efficient. With everything finished, the bathroom looks incredible. We're delighted with the results, and couldn't be happier with the service throughout. I would recommend Burgess to anyone consider a bathroom renovation.
