Disappointing

Very disappointing!
Having used this company in October 2020 which provided outstanding service for fitting my tyres at home and giving them a glowing report, when I needed to use them again in April 2021 for another car and they had accepted my booking on line, imagine my annoyance to receive a phone call 3 hours before the booked time to be informed I was outside their area ,even though they had been to the same address six months previously. The website advertises "across Sussex and Hampshire" this is not so, because my address is in Sussex. They should amend their website. Sadly because of this I can only give 1 star and recommend not to rely on their on-line booking system.
