This company is a complete sham. Their website offers services and supplies that it cannot provide. I intend to do all I can to shut them down so others do not fall for their nonsense.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Dropped my laptop off 4th July as I could not remember my windows password. Collected 5th July and was told that the hard drive was no good and I wouldn't be able to access my data. I was told that my laptop would have have to sent away and cost about £400. I remembered my password after I collected and logged on no problem and accessed my data. All is good. Cost me £45 for nothing...not a good experience. They did say I could knock the £45 off the cost of sending my laptop away....it could have cost me a lot of money for works not needed
I thought I had been hacked as suddenly my computer was displaying several pages of messages together with sound informing me that I had been blocked, not to turn it off and to contact a Microsoft Engineer on 02030971938 which I can't believe I did, but I panicked.
I didn't pay this SCAMMER any money but was then very concerned how this happened and if there was any nasty software on my laptop.
I contacted Matt at Burntwood Computer Centre explained what had happened, took my laptop up and within 24 hours he phoned to say that it was now OK. I cannot thank them enough and my mind has been put at rest, and they also managed to update my computer as it had failed with a particular update for six days. Thank you will certainly recommend, and visit again.
Purchased new ub lead for I pad.quoted £15 at apple shop. Burntwood computer shop £4.50. Good advise helpful. Does pay to shop local .well done you. Will recommend.
