I highly recommend this service for cat sitting. Rebecca is very reliable, professional and I fully trust her in looking after my 2 cats who are very precious to me! Excellent communication too. I love the updates you get (and pictures too!) just so you have ease of mind that your pets are safe and well. I am a frequent customer and very satisfied. My cats would just not cope with a cattery! Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant! Fantastic service, daily updates from visits via email and the phone app really puts your mind at rest while away from your furry family members. Cannot recommend enough as has totally put my mind at rest when leaving my cats while I am away... if anything I believe my cats actually prefer it while I am away as they get treats and a lot more fuss!

I moved to Burton for a job and have 2 v v v nervous cats, one with diabetes which makes it very hard to get a sitter who can inject. Becky was amazing looking after my cats at Christmas. I also just moved house 200 miles away and it was so stressful and i needed cat transport. Becky did this for me and my fur babies could not been in better hands. She is reliable, caring, professional and in my opinion charges too little! Thoroughly recommend for all pet requirements.

We have been using burton pets services for almost a year now, and after having a terrible experience with a previous dog walker, Becky and Anya have restored our faith! They are professional, caring and always keep us up to date. We never have to worry about them accessing the house, and reliability has never been an issue. Our little fluff ball is far more content after every visit they do and we no longer have to worry about him when we are at work. His excitement when they visit speaks for us!

Fantastic service!

We had used Becky multiple times, the first time back in 2019 when we went away for two weeks. She was fantastic at keeping us up to date with our fur babies, sending pictures and messages via Whatsapp, so we knew they were ok. It helped keep our minds at ease when being thousands of miles away.

Since then, we have utilised the services of Burton-On-Trent Pet Services LTD multiple times and have always had such a fantastic and positive experience. I highly recommend their services for when you are away on holiday or need dog walking etc.

We use Burton-On-Trent Pet Services Ltd to walk our dog on occasions when myself and my partner are both at work. We have always felt comfortable with the walkers accessing our house and our dog is always happy to have been taken out. We really like that Bella gets the walkers 1:1 attention :)

The special measures that have been put in place during CV19 have meant that our dog can be walked safely and the new communication and feedback system works really well - it’s lovely to see where she’s been!

The online booking and payment system is easy really to navigate and Becky is always at the end of the phone to help out with any problems or last minute changes.

We have used this company for 12 months now and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly company to walk their dogs.

I have had a few dog walkers and these are the best.
I work long shifts and sometimes I get called in at late notice. These guys are fab! Very flexible and so so reliable. They never let us down.
The dogs are always happy and really enjoy their walks.
I love the digital report, I get to see when and where they have been and what they have been upto. I get a little message from the dog walker and even a photograph. If you're like me and your dogs are like family this is amazing. Reassurance that they are OK whilst I'm working is fantastic.
The walkers are all fabulous. If one of my dogs is unwell or doesn't seem quite right i will get a phone call to discuss.
Such a great service and I would highly recommend them!
