Had a great experience working with BusBank - Jaclyn was very communicative and helpful ahead of time and it was great for our company event. We ended up getting a much larger bus than we had reserved, but other than that, everything went logistically smoothly.

I started using Bus Bank in 2018, when I needed a coach bus for a group. Since then, I have used Bus Bank no fewer than a dozen times. The company is reasonably priced. The drivers are always punctual. They are kind and courteous and great drivers! I would recommend Bus Bank again and again!

Fantastic service. My bus of 35 for our team on time and extremely communicative. Outside of the broker assigning a bus which required some of our team to stand, the communication and professional service was well deserving. Our driver Enero was great, will be booking again.

Jaclyn's detailed and considerate work made it easy to have our needs met for a pretty specific sort of schedule for our event – there was never any stress, we worked out an incredibly fair and competitive rate, and the online portal continues to be such an easy user experience to make sure all details are organized and accessible.

Kayla was amazing to work with and was extremely responsive and accomodating through out the process. BusBank was extremely professional and their pricepoint was perfect for our needs. Our driver Derrick was great, made our attendees feel safe when transporting them between venues. We had many attendees say that the bus and bus experience was much nicer than previous years! We will definitely work with them again in the future!

Kayla from the headquarter and our two drivers, Ticely and Cathy, were great, always kind, available and supportive. Our trip was long (almost a week between Washington DC, Philadelphia e NYC), and the service was perfect. great bus/transportation quality. Super suggested!

Comfortable van, great driver, driver always arrived early, travel was fast and efficient, and our representative responded to emails quickly and took care of our needs.

I booked with this company for our 2 day board meeting, booking was super simple and straight forward even though we had a complicated itenerary. Lance was a crowd favorite and I thank him for making day one super simple. I only gave this company a 4 star due to day 2, the bus driver was a lady and was not as nice as Lance and also did not clean the bus prior to picking up our party. Otherwise I'll definitely be using this company again in the future.
