I had a very disappointing experience with Busbud.
I purchased the "Refund for any reasons add-on" when I booked my tickets. It said explicitly that this would entitle me to a "Full refund" in case of cancellation. However, when I had to cancel my ticket 6 weeks in advance, they refused to give me a refund and offered me Busbud credits instead.
Advertising a "full refund" while only providing a coupon is considered an unfair commercial practice and is unlawful. It constitutes "Misleading Advertisement", because the generally accepted meaning of "Refund" is "a return of money" (Cambridge dictionary).
I really feel I was deceived and will never use this company again.

Bathroom out of order and I have Kidney issues needing to use the bathroom frequently. Charging ports 2 of the 3 I tried didn't work.

The bus was on time and the driver was extremely nice and clearly cared about our experience. Took the midnight bus because I missed my flight and was really pleased with the experience. Clean interior and each stop was very efficient.

The scenery and the comfortable seats were the highlight of my trip. The train staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was good they offer a 3 course dinner with dessert with your choice of a complimentary alcoholic beverage or non alcoholic beverage when you buy dinner or lunch. Breakfast at 6:00 am is free for all passengers. I highly recommend traveling with Amtrak for the experience and convenience. I was on the train from Sunday May 3rd at 5:15 pm to Tuesday May 5 at 2:15 am I travelled from Eugene Oregon to Salt Lake City Utah.

It was a bad experience, I did not receive my ticket, the money was debited from the card, the company does not refund it.There is no ticket there either.This is a natural fraud.
I have not received any refund or support from busbud, although I have repeatedly contacted them with a description of the situation that the ticket from San Jose to Nicaragua has not been received.I requested a refund, but the company just repeatedly unsubscribes, as if there are only bots, not people.I don't recommend it to anyone.Moreover, I also paid extra for a refund under any circumstances.This company is just a circus.No respect or help for clients.
