Poor internet speed

Excuses and no solution! Internet problems for weeks now and when I phone India I hear excuse after excuse. My internet speed is 29 MBS on their app and it should be over 100 MBS. Excuses are next door WiFi is interfering with my signal, I need to restart my router, microwave and telly are interfering with my signal. You couldn't make it up, where shall I put my router down in my local park? No help whatsoever. Take my money and offer nothing but diabolical service, typical Great Britain policy. Just another typical unsatisfied customer with no quality Media

Help!

I received a letter out of blue demanding £644 and a lady on the phone from a mobile number keeps calling say they have evidence against me being rude and abrupt, again from DRC, they say they have sent numerous letters but I have not received any. Call Action Fraud Business Force Scam

I can only ask that anyone which has dealt with this fake company Business Force (havent traded since 2021) and the seemingley fake DRC accepting fake debts report all to Action Fraud, & Trading Standards, I have spoken to the police yesterday and a few weeks ago and have a crime ref nr, more people need to do the same, its usual for a Debt Recovery firm to be regulated by the Financial Regulators, also most are Limited Companies, one company does not exist and the other is a cupboard rented space by all accounts... do not engage with them other than to acknowledge and refute the debt in its entirety the more people launch a Action Fraud Case the more likely these agressive conment will be bought to justice.

I’d stick to the big Utility companies

As the landlord of a property I gave meter readings via chat. Was then sent a bill for a much higher amount with an incorrect reading. Called to sort it out, call handler wouldn't accept the correct reading and kept demanding i paid the bill. Eventually gave me an email address and said i needed to send a photo of the meter reading. Three weeks later, heard nothing and keep sending me letters for the inaccurate bill with late charges added, threatening me with dept collectors.

As a landlord, it’s the tenants responsibility to pay the bills. I’ve tried my best to cooperate but they seem to be chasing me for the debt personally.

I’ve also given them the previous occupiers forwarding address too, but they must be getting nowhere and so are targeting me??

I have many properties and this is the 1st time I’ve experienced anything like this.

Judging by this experience I will be recommending that all tenants stick to the big 4 utility companies as this is just not work the effort and putting it in the tenancy agreement.

8 phone calls and 4 emails and I’m just getting nowhere.

If someone from the company is reading this, I expect a call from you as this is ridiculous.

I don’t usually leave reviews. 1. I don’t have the time.
2. You can’t judge a bad experience on one issue but this is warranted.

Disgusting company and customer services.

I can’t see these lasting long.

Another buisness force debt scam from…

Another buisness force debt scam from drc debt tried replying ended up ringimg the mobile number which went straight to voicemail so found drc phone number on the website rang went to voicemail left messages on both asking cor a signed contract as proof of debt had a rude woman ring me back trying the hard sale pay now or else. Asked again for proof got told to not to talk over her and bung up. These people are not under any ombudsman watchdog and ive reported them to action fraud anyone else had this report to action fraud 03001232040

My energy App working

My energy App not showing my Dailey meter readings, so I’m stifling to keep a tab on my spending.

Called up 3 times to resolve this but I keep getting fobbed off... with it should work in the next 24 hours.

Hopefully someone will read this and do something.

Booking of new Electric meter...

Had to use the service to book a new electricity meter and a new smart meter. I was booked in for a a.m. appointment but they turned up at 4.30pm. They said they would call me 1 hour before, which they didn’t. When I chased this up with CS, they said they would chase the engineer up and call me back. They didn’t, so a full days holiday wasted. Pretty poor communication.

How can swapping Electricity and Gas…be so difficult.

How can swapping Electricity and Gas supplier be so complicated. I swapped from my previous supplier due to excessive bills. I know we are all in the same boat but thought a change might sort the problem, as I couldn’t justify the cost, living on my own. I am actually paying more now. Asked for a meter change to check a fault but I keep getting fobbed off and wasting too much time sorting out. They keep saying someone will call me back... but I’m still waiting and sick of chasing up. Not a happy bunny.

Worst customer service for Gas & Electricity

I have been trying to sort my Gas & Electric bill and direct debit instruction since I swapped over last year. They suddenly stopped taking my DD for electricity. Five on line chats, two emails, two phone calls and I'm still no further on. Worst customer service ever.

Terrible company to work for, worked for Business Force for 4 months selling electricity/gas switchovers outside supermarkets, always late getting paid and never even got my last weeks pay.

I exactly the same experience with these scammers …

I’ve had exactly the same experience with these scammers. It’s been going on for over two years. I’ve repeatedly asked them for evidence of the magazine and advert I’ve seen nothing. I have now had two emails from DRC debt recovery on a no reply email and their number is out of use. Yesterday I received a email with a county court claim form. No claim number no court, no claimant name or address. I did eventually find an email for customer services for DRC and emailed them but again no reply. Reading other people experiences it is exactly the same. I know this is a scam but I don’t want a CCJ against my company. Does anyone have any advice please.

Extremely rude and probably a scam

I had the same issue, I received a call from a well spoken gentleman who convinced me that they were sending out posters to health centres regarding mental health.
There would be no up front payment and they would send me a copy of the artwork thet they would use on the poster.

They did this but I never seen any actual poster and the next call was from a completely different person with a poor attitude which set the alarm bells ringing more so when I received the invoice I just ignored it.

Then received a call from a guy who was very rude telling me that the work was done and I had agreed to it, I told them I would not be paying especially after being spoken to like this and he threatened me with debt collectors.

It is really annoying that we constantly have to be on guard with all these scams.

I had the same happen. Have had no dealing with business force, and had a letter from DRC threatening court. I’ve read all the reviews and don’t know what to do. Can anyone comment on here if they did end up in court or a CCJ??

Spoke to them a few years ago and said I didn’t need to pay anything up front and they would distribute their magazine with my business to all Dorset Helathcare Establishments
I visited and called a few and they never supplied the booklets. They then send me a letter from DRC threatening court action with a N1 court claim form and threaten a CCJ, I have one day left before I get a CCJ and contacted DRC asking how can they even do that if they are fraudsters, they said they only deal with what clients send them and I asked them to Google the business to inform them but refused, I will go to CAB,
i shouldn’t have to pay for something I never received
