I've been a regular client with Business Gifts Supplier for about 5 years now.

Every time I placed an order I've been met professionalism and cordiality.
For each order, I received PDF artwork of what I was ordering, and the price was always transparent.
The one time I received a wrong item, they sent a replacement withing 2 days, free of charge, and I didn't had to bother sending back the wrong item.

This is the second year that I have ordered from Business Gifts Supplier and will return. Excellent service and very good quality products - it is good that they provide proofs of the engravings prior to processing. In this case they were good enough to add an additional item to the order without a problem.

Have just received my order of engraved pens and I am delighted, not only with the quality of the pens and their engraving, but also with the excellent customer service. I needed the pens urgently and they met by deadline. Thank you.

I ordered some pens for corporate gifts to quite a tight deadline. They were received on time. I then wanted to change the pens, which they did without quibble and very quickly. Your service and delivery is second to none, I was really impressed. The only thing I would say you could improve on , is having telephone details on emails. I did have to call for something, and it took me a while to find the right phone number. Thanks and keep up the fantastic work.

We ordered the memory sticks with engraving on them. The company were very helpful in getting the logo and engraving just right. The delivery came through very quickly. A super service which I wouldnt hesitate to use again.

This was the first time I have used the company and I have to say it has been a very positive experience. The artwork was sorted promptly and easily; the speed of completion and delivery was very fast and I am very pleased with the quality of the note books and wine sets I ordered. Professional outfit; I recommend them.

This company were my last hope to get a quick order completed - thought I might have to compromise on quality, but oh no. The order was completed super quick, and the quality was far more that I had hoped for. Staff so helpful and answered queries fully and quickly.

Ordered business card cases for our company with logo and names engraved. Rang to confirm engraving and got great response followed by email with pdf. Delivery really quick and cases were really good quality - much better than expected for price. My team love them, especially with their names on them. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

A lovely company to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. I was slightly concerned with the delivery time, and my key rings were dispatched within hours - engraved and packaged beautifully. Definitely a company I would recommend.

Once i had been reminded of my password it was easy to shop online and they offer a great free gift with every order!

I was really impressed by the website and proceeded to arrange an order, then cam the shock a huge postage add on.
Nowhere in the order process did it mention this high cost, put me off completely and I went somewhere else where all the add ons were clearly stated.
