Incredibly hard to work with. They have made an error on our account 2 years ago. I am still chasing them to correct the issue. Even logging a complaint did not help. They just stating the fact that this has been done on our account and ignore any request to rectify the issue.

Best customer service today I have ever had .I was lucky enough to be connected to a girl called Sangeetha ,she was so good and I had quite a problem to sort out .She was so patient and efficient nothing was too much of a problem, she went above and beyond for me ,and I wish all the customer service workers were as good as her ,excellent at her job the girl deserves promotion and a wage rise 😃 xx
