I had my first contact with Nelesh Kavia last year when our staff mobile phones were due for an upgrade. I cannot express how helpful he was in making the whole process so simple but also enjoyable. I was fairly new to British Water so he guided me every step of the way. Each and every member of the team were absolutely delighted with their phones. Nelesh's customer service skills are second to none. He isn't pushy, and did not try to coerce us into products that are not required for a non-profit organisation. In fact, I am seriously considering moving my personal mobile account to EE now. Nelesh is a credit to EE.

Ricky has been exceptionally helpful with setting up contract and dealing swiftly with any issues arising and answering questions. Goes the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Business Mobiles has been assisting us with our mobile phone requirements for a couple of years and specifically Rishi, who looks after our account. He keeps a very close, professional eye on our needs and lets us know when particular contracts are coming to an end. He provides us with honest, accurate information and makes sure he is giving us the best deal available for our specific requirements. In this day and age, it's good to have someone who can help us with deals that are within our budget and meet the needs of our staff. Rishi is a very polite fellow and is a credit to Business Mobiles. Keeping our workforce connected has been vital during the pandemic; Rishi has been exceptional in helping us to achieve that within budget and we look forward to contiuning this.

I have been with Business Mobiles for a good few years and they have never disappointed me. Rishi Patel always finds the best deals for me, which suits my requirements and saves me money. An honest trustworthy Sales Consultant who provides a great service with a smile.

As a company we have been dealing with BM for over 8 years, we have had one account handler from the start. Rishi is great at what he does and saves us load of time and money on our office broadband, data sims and phones. 5 stars all round.

Following my review on 17 December detailing the very poor experience I was having with this Company I thought an update was in order. Jay rang me on 18th apologising and offered compensation, but more importantly a complete assurance that all was now in hand. I signed a new Contract on 21st and expected the delivery of the new iPhone 12 by return as promised.
No phone, no contact despite me chasing then on 7th January the phone arrived. As instructed I contacted Jay re installation process and following more emails & personal texts he responded on 12th. Again huge apologies with a promise of free Apple accessories plus an assurance he would revert within 30 minutes. So here we are 9 days later and nothing! Repeated emails, texts have produced nothing.
My patience finally ran out on 15th and I instructed the Contract should be cancelled and requested contact details of their MD, both by email to Jay & using their own web page contact page, again nothing.
I can honestly state that having been in business for 30+ years I cannot recall such poor service from any supplier. My advice is the stay well clear of this Company as they offer little other than unfulfilled promises!

We have an excellent relationship with Business Mobiles who have supported the College for a number of years. The additional support provided by Rishi Patel during the current pandemic period has been outstanding as our need for support grew. We could not have asked for a better service during these challenging times.

I've used Nelesh for some time now. Quite simply his knowledge, understanding and efficiency are top of the league. Recently I purchased an 'i' device upgrade and simm. Such a simple smooth transaction. If only every vendor I deal with was like this! Thank you! Si Thomson

Initially worked well but now we are being charged for upgrades not received and for nearly 2 months account handlers are not returning calls or emails not worth being a loyal customer
MJF Consultants Ltd - Jay has just called giving explanation of EE blocking items but as they’re already charging us for the phones I’m not so sure - we’ll see if the response and resolution appears on Friday as promised!

Nelesh always provides a great and responsive service to me. He always provides great advice when needed.

There may be cheaper offering on the market, but we have benefitted from good pricing and excellent service from Karla and her colleagues.

Always great service from Karla Voce at Business mobiles. Karla who manages the account is very professional, knowledgable and helpful, making sure that we have the kit and contracts that are fit for purpose. Karla also puts the customer interests first and is always attentive and nothing is ever too much trouble.
