Have been with business mobiles for a few years. Found prices and service excellent, it really worked well for me.
Rishi Patel helped me to find a suitable contract and was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any question or problem I had.
I like fact that there is a single point of contact that you can rely on.

Extremely disappointed to have wasted the past fortnight with inquiring about a mobile contract with Business Mobiles.com. Communication has been very poor from the initial inquiry. It was only because I chased things up after several days of expecting an update on phone dispatch/delivery details that I learnt that the sales consultant that I had been liaising with was not available and would not be for the foreseeable.

I was asked to progress and liaise with a K.Butt iand not found him to be very helpful. I keep getting told my business is dormant when it clearly isn't and sent screen shots from the companies House website to evidence that my business is Active and last years accounts were filed on 13th March 2019. The previous year were filed as Dormant accounts which was the 7th March 2019. I have not found Kay's approach to my frustration with this issue particular helpful but rather short, dismissive and simply rude.

I request to have all text messages from Business Mobiles about deals and offers sent to to my mobile removed from your database with immediate effect.

Would not recommend at all. Looks like great deals and offers they have but the reality is that you will have to accept the sub-standard service before you manage to get yourself the deal.

I made a silly error whilst setting up my phone resulting in it being locked. I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Amina...right from the start she was friendly, helpful and kind - when she promised an action/instruction she delivered without delay. I also found I could get her very quickly on the phone on each occasion I called, without being put through countless layers of answering recordings. She is certainly an asset to her company, thanks once again Amina...

Johnny was really helpful, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He explained everything on the phone & confirmed quickly by email. The process was really quick and easy & the price was by far the most competitive that we found - could not recommend highly enough

Our account manager is Kay, and he has been nothing but helpful all the while he has handled our account. Always happy to explain anything we're not clear on and to get us the best deal for our company.

The service provided by Business Mobiles and their team member Kay has been flawless, easy and time efficient. It's made life easier for our small organisation in getting work mobiles and, even assisting with phone transitions, the usual phone admin which can take so much time!

It's True they want to tie you down and then fool you to think you are getting a great deal. It's all trash.

I asked for the Terms & Conditions to be emailed to me before I signed up because over the phone is not acceptable to digest everything etc

I was told I would have it emailed in a couple of minutes it's been 8 days and no one called me back but when I enquired initially they called every day x3. Funny enough they said they would call me back later that afternoon, no reply.

Do not advocate or recommend. Go elsewhere, 36 months minimum for the prices quoted, in all honesty there has be something not right

Don’t get stuck in a 36 month min contract,, with no 2 wk cooling off period!! Contract X3 the price after 18 months! £75 cancelling fee for cancelling contract. They don’t tell you this over phone it’s just on contract that they want you to sign quickly while on phone without reading it !!

Absolutely shocking Service ..

Customer Service is by far one of the worst company’s out there I called up to vent as communication to my self on a update to how things were progressing on my order . I had the pleasure of talking to a chap called Troy who was very rude unprofessional and cocky I asked if they could not fulfil my order should I look els were the reply was we don’t need your business basically.
I would steer clear of this company and use one that values new business

I've signed with them on the promise to get phones within one day and it's been 3 days and I still don't have a date.

shocking. offered early upgraded, we signed contracts, they then retracted the upgrade as was too early. Then told us it was due at a later date, and again retracted on that date! constantly blamed the network rather than their own incompetence. emails / info always vague and ambiguous, never answer all questions/queries raised. Cannot wait to run down contracts with this company, they may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. 1 star is too much for this company, but unable to give less. avoid at all costs.

From the customer services phone call to the delivery of my Iphone and Ipad pro, I have never experienced such par excellent service and customer service relationship. Not only does Moses provide outstanding service, but his customer relationship is preeminent.

I consider myself blessed to have come in contact with Moses and his team. Such flawless management, a rare service in our times.
