Prefect site but terrible customer care
I bought 100 standard envelopes for letters with only one order. The shipment it was perfect and on time (the destination of shipment it was Italy) but the customer care it was really terrible.
One of my 100 envelopes it was broken and I asked to customer care to have a new envelope or return the money for only 1 letter. I sent to customer care some photos about the envelope to dimostrate the problem.
At the first time the customer care say that the envelope that I showed in photo it was the same that I bought. I sent many emails to dimostrate that the envelope it was the same. At the end i received a new envelope but my experience it was really terrible.
