Sharp knives again
I purchased a new steel from Butchers Equipment Warehouse.
Not a great deal to say about it other than it was exactly as described and a definite improvement over my old one. It seems good quality and was at a very reasonable price.
Delivery was within a week.
Overall, I’m very happy

Thank you for your patience, and we completely understand your frustration regarding this delay.
The initial delivery on the very next day after you placed the order failed because no one was available to sign for the parcel, and the package unfortunately went missing after the delivery address was changed.
We immediately launched a formal search with DPD after we were notified.
As we explained, we must allow the courier a few days to investigate before we can issue a replacement.
DPD has now officially confirmed the parcel is lost.
Because this investigation is complete, we are preparing to ship your replacement product immediately.
We appreciate that this process is lengthy, but we must follow these steps to resolve courier issues.
