Our condo association made the decision to replace our outdated and poorly support system. I was fortunate enough to be on the selection committee to source and purchase the new system. After many requests for proposals (amazing how many companies didn't even respond) ButteflyMX was by for the best system, price, and process. From my first conversation with our sales person, Alek, to implementation, and our regular check-ins with Emily - the experience could not be any better. On the few times we did have little hiccups, the tech support team was SUPER responsive and so easy to work with. The whole community is thrilled to have a great system with a competent support team backing it up!

Overall, the system is intuitive for both the end user as well as the admin team, performs well, and looks great.

As a property manager, I love Butterfly. They have built a better mousetrap trap, and it has made my life easier, along with the owners in the building. Swiping on your phone is a great way to get in. Seeing who is at your door is great. I have it in 2 garages, and a sticker is so much better than an opener. No more reprogramming if there is a lost remote. A much safer system. I wish all of my buildings had Butterfly MX

The ButterflyMX support team is always super responsive and helpful whenever we have a question or concern. They reply to my emails right away. They also reach out periodically to make sure everything is running smoothly. Our staff and tenants find the ButterflyMX system to be very helpful. I knocked off 1 star because our ButterflyMX screen is clouding in the corners of the tablet. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to fix it besides replace it with a new one, but the issue is so minor that it's not worth the cost. Otherwise, we have no issues!

our system was installed about two weeks ago and already it has stopped working. Delivery people get an error message and I don’t get the call from them until a good five minutes has passed, so it’s impossible for me to let them in unless i know theyre there somehow.

This is now the third day. I have told butterflymx about this and they still have not dealt with it or even responded to me besides their usual boiler plate nonsense emails.

Being a member of the board of our building we manage Butterfly MX locally rather than asking the management company to oversee it.

Because it is so easy to use, so easy to add new tennats, modify and remove them it allows us to very quickly and easily communicate and respond to requests of people in the building.

Works great! It definitely comes in handy as it has a lot needed features. Needs to be senior friendly but other than that no complaints with the system!

The Butterfly system has great options for the owners to use. The system makes it easy to have work companions enter the secure building for what you have hired them to do. The system allows you to view a person prior to opening the secure door. The system allows others that have disabilities to use the systems. I would recommend this system to others.
