Buttonsmith Reviews

Just as described and depicted. Great quality, honestly better than I expected. Shipped and arrived quickly. Looking forward to being able to express a little personality and have a little fun with cute tops.

10/10!
Our experience with Buttonsmith was great- they were super helpful, had a quick turn around and my grandma loved the buttons we made for her 91st birthday party.
Definitely would buy again.

Love buttonsmith! The adjustable cotton face masks with built in lanyard have ruined me for any other mask.

The cotton masks I got fits really well they are very nice thank you

Incredibly quick service 2 weeks out from Christmas. Quality is great and designs are gorgeous!

I wanted to send back the ones I got that are way to big.
You were going to replace them with a smaller mask
You have not told me where to mail them back

I have bought collars from Button Smith before Covid 19 when you could just go into the store. This time did it online. But could still pick it up at the store (no contact) and no shipping. I could not be happier.

quick delivery, great quality but the prices are a little high and no break for large quantities

I bought these as a Christmas gift. They're super cute and appear to be good quality (I haven't opened the packaging as it's a gift, but it feels substantial). The order was processed quickly and I received it within a week. I'm happy with the product. Hopefully, my SIL will feel the same. :-)

I love these collars! I’ve got a German short haired pointer who’s rough and rugged - he gets a new collar every year for Christmas. These collars hold up and look good at the end of the year —— and the best part is that they’re made right here in the USA!

Very pretty lanyard. Good quality. Have purchased several and never disappointed.

Super smooth and fast order delivery! Great quality and attention to detail! Will be coming back for more collars and goodies for my pup.

This is an excellent company. Great service and execution. You can really trust them.
They are very high quality.
I recommend without reservations!!!!!

The collar came fast and the colors were vivid and true.

It did seem a touch short to me (I ordered the small and had to expand it as far as it would go.

The layout is such that only the phone number is visible from above (i.e., looking down). The dog's name is however printed on each side. At first I was unsure about this - but I've decided it's actually ok bc if he were to get lost/separated - the phone number is indeed most important - and by virtue of the spacing - easily legible. This also may not be an issue on a medium or larger dog collar.

Lastly, do note the material used here, which I anticipate will last a long time and hold the color. (I have 2 leashes this material -coming on 30 years now - and still bright - despite the snow and salt.) To be clear - it's not the textured/ribbed fabric - which fade with in 3 years.

I chose light blue with snowflakes and red classic font and it is REALLY cute!

I contacted Buttonsmith to place a somewhat large order of buttons and magnets in October. The order was for a double funeral in my family that was sudden and I needed it rushed. The order was placed on a Friday and completed and ready for pickup by early Sunday morning!
During such a stressful and painful time I really appreciated you guys for helping me so quickly with a great product that ended up being a comforting gesture for many people to proudly wear during the service.

Thank you.

The custom lanyard was perfect, even better than my son had hoped or expected and it came very quickly. We are very pleased with Buttonsmith!

Collars are awesome as usual and they arrived even faster than we thought.

Great prints and fast delivery. Thanks.

Got my order in just a couple of days and everything was exactly as stated.
