I ordered a pair of tailored jeans which were fine. There was a slight hiccup as when I received my jeans I found they had sent 2 pairs. I contacted the company and returned the unwanted pair. Several days later I got a thank you e mail and they offered a discount on my next pair which equated to discount of £12. Later they offered me a free T shirt which duly came with my jeans today. You usually find when you deal with small reputable companies like this you get superb customer service.

This company is a breath of fresh air. I have worn Levis 501 for many years. Firstly, probably most important is, these jeans are 100% genuine. and reasonably priced and that is without alteration. I ordered a pair of Black 501 but needed an inch tailored to reduce the length to 29 inch instead of my usual 30 inch that I would normally buy due to surgery that had change my normal size. I rang and spoke with a lady to explain this so there was no confusion as to what I had just paid for. I can't praise enough how courteous and professional understanding this Lady had in our conversation. I received the jeans quicker than expected, on inspection of the alteration work, I can only say that, this craftsmanship is as good as it gets. Buy Jeans is a great company courtesy of their communication via emails. I ordered some wrangler jeans for my 26th Birthday tomorrow and first I was told that they won’t be delivered on time. After contacting the company I was emailed by Becki and she was super helpful and reassuring that I will get my jeans delivered on time. My original purchase was affected by an inventory issue which, if you have worked in retail, you know is an inevitability. They sorted out the problem in a friendly fashion showing patience and generosity and the willingness to help that you don't often get with internet companies that you have to deal with at distance. The ethics of the staff, their attitude towards customer relations, product quality and value for money left me feeling very happy with my purchase. I will be a returning customer.
