This is the worst company I have ever used

This is the worst company I have ever experienced in my 30 years!!! I contacted the company last year regarding a refund for a product I returned, item MOOG ball joint ME BJ 10684 12 price £39.98 purchased on the 4th March 2020. I returned the Item April 20 special delivery, they received the the item but were unable to refund me due to a block placed by papal preventing you from refunding me.
I was told by yourself once the block had lifted you would refund me! Well it has been over 1 9 months year and no refund? Please do not use this company for anything you will sincerely regret the day you have!!!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What a con, I also bought a battery through this company. My car broke down after I managed to get it going, I took it to Mercedes. They ran it through their diagnostic and the error picked up the various faults but they all pointed to the fact that it was the battery.

I made a complaint and it put me through a company in Bolton called General Traffic. They asked for all the proofs and then didn’t bother to reply finally after multiple emails they came back to me and stated that I need to get the battery tested to prove a faulty cell which would cost more than the worth of the battery as well as stating that due to COVID as I didn’t drive my car a dead battery is wasn’t covered by the warranty. I am in an industry that still continued through out this pandemic so how they could state this I do not know.

YOU ARE WARNED..... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

These guys are conmen stay away!

These guys are conmen. I purchased an Exide battery with a 4 year warranty a year and a half ago from their eBay store, a few days ago the battery started to leak so I contacted them. They refused to replace the battery under warranty or refund me blaming me for incorrect fitment. When I purchased the battery I provided my car registration and before paying for the battery an employee confirmed correct fitment for my car so I purchased the battery. Even on their policy it clearly says we are not responsible if no car details are provided when purchasing a battery. I provided all the information they required and checked the old battery which was removed from the car yet still even the employee checking their system to check if its the correct battery confirmed that it is correct.

STAY CLEAR FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CHEATED WITH AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE IDEALLY A LOCAL CAR PARTS STORE WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY GO TO AND SPEAK TO SOMEBODY IN PERSON WHO WOULD MOST DEFINITELY VALID THE WARRANTY.

I AM NOW OUT OF POCKET AS THE LEAKING BATTERY IS USELESS AND HAVE PURCHASED FROM THE LOCAL CAR PARTS STORE.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID.

Same thing happened to me

Same thing happened to me. The courier signed for the delivery himself and left my car battery outside in the open. I checked with all my neighbours and none had signed for it. Yodel were no help either as they said it had been left at the roadside and that I would have to claim from the seller. This seller has awful customer service and on top of that just keep using delay tactics when ever I ask what's going on. I would avoid using them.

Purchased a car battery from buyanycarpart.co.uk

Purchased a car battery from this company via eBay. Was informed the item had been delivered, but no sign of it. Requested a POD, received a forged document, not signed by me. Then opened a dispute with eBay. They were useless. My feedback of over 1000 counted for nothing and they closed the case based on a forged POD and there is no appeal. These are very dishonest people that don't care about customer service. My best guess is either the driver stole the item or wherever it was left it wasn't safe.
