I ordered 2 AC portables on July 1st.

I ordered 2 AC portables on July 1st.
I got an order acknowledgement.
I did NOT get an email with a tracking number.
My Visa debited the same day.
Expected delivery 14 days.
I messaged support numerous times, no response.
They always want my email address BUT it's on the order acknowledgement receipt!
I tried phoning their listed phone numbers, rang out!
It is now Aug 8th ;
No response!
No tracking number!
No product received!

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT

Ordered the portable A/C unit on 27 June. Inquired 7 Jul via email. Answer: Give 30 days. Inquired 5 Aug via phone. Answer: These are on backorder and should arrive within the week. In the meantime, they have charged my credit card. I will be calling VISA for no show of the product. Don't bother ordering any of these products. It's a waste of time and energy. Too bad, because the idea was a good one.

If I could give the company a minus 5 I…

If I could give the company a minus 5 I would. Item ordered 10 weeks ago, no item, no refund, only continuous lies about the status of my order, then refund. This company preys on consumers at a time when money is tight, they are a disgrace and this type of advertising should be stopped.

Ordered this Portable months ago

Ordered this Portable months ago, they took the money out of my account and NEVER sent the item to me
At this point, it becomes a legal matter!
Also, I have a family member that is a Lawyer and he is checking into this company and contacting the BBB..

Thiefs in action!
I should click on a minus star (if they would have one). I ordered an air conditioner because I have astma and I needed a light one to carry up and down the stairs. I not only didn't get anything, but they took my money. I tried to email and call. No answer, FAKE phone number. They stole my money. It's ashame that these kind of the scamners are allowed to advertise on an otherwise legitimate website. I wouldn't be suprized, if someone would erase this review, too

UPDATE - Ordered 4 Blaux wearable ACs June 1st/20

PLEASE SEE UPDATES BELOW AT THE END.
I ordered 4 Blaux wearable ACs on June 1st, 2020, where also my payment was taken at that time.
As of today, August 1st, I still haven’t received a tracking number. I have called, e-mailed, and “Chatted” since approximately mid-June and have gotten some replies but be warned it can be very tricky and very time consuming to get a hold of someone - when calling, I waited 40 minutes 2x only to be disconnected both times. I eventually got through and asked for the status of my order. The fella was quite nice. He was able to tell me that my order would be in New Jersey approximately the last week of July and then we would receive a tracking number and if I could please be patient with them and give them a chance.....did I mention it is August 1st today and still no tracking number????
When emailing - I have gotten a couple of replies apologizing and explaining the delay is due to the Pandemic....which I understand .....to an extent ... but 2 months!?? I have also gotten replies on the “Chat” option however when I messaged them I wound wait and wait and go back a check throughout the day then wait and wait and .... nothing ... then I did get a reply saying to let them know how they can be of help....by the time I answered they were gone again so I answered back and waited and waited... like I said I did get a few replies and it was the same spiel.... apologetic and that the delay was due to COVID.
I finally did get offered a 20% credit and I felt a bit of relief that it can’t be a scam then right!?..So I agreed to take it and yes, I did receive it within a few days after. Thank Goodness!!
But fast forward to today.... August 1st and we are in the middle of summer with a heat wave here so I am feeling a little cranky about it so I got up early this morning and called and after I listened and chose the options I did get someone right away!!!
She was very polite. I explained everything and once again ...apologetic and the delay is due to the Pandemic.... I explained that I DO understand that but 2 months!? She was able to look up my order and see when I called and that I had received a credit. I asked why a fella I had spoken to awhile back said it would be in New Jersey the end of July. She explained their warehouse is there. I asked where the products were coming from and she replied Hong Kong. I acknowledged that I know it’s not her or her fault but that I am feeling frustrated and stressed about this. Two of the products were for Father’s Day :( and one is for a birthday on Aug 20th BUT it is supposed to be an early birthday gift because it’s gotten hotter and we are halfway through the summer.
The lady just kept apologizing... I said I am considering asking for a refund and that I would just look at buying something else. She explained that a refund wasn’t possible right now due to it being in shipping or something to that effect and we are just waiting for the tracking number and that I was welcome to return the products after I receive them....ugh!!!!
I made the suggestion that even though they have the alert on their website that warns there are delays in shipping due to COVID that they should also say the wait could be over 2 months so customers have the heads up and can make an informed decision whether they want to wait for it that long or not.
I do feel a bit relieved that hopefully it isn’t a scam because I have had replies and I got a bit of a credit .....although at this point I feel the credit should be more then 20%. Fingers crossed I get a tracking number soon and that will ease my stress a bit!!

UPDATE - I just called the Blaux customer service number - I got someone right away. She stated that my order has been shipped and I should receive it in less then a week.....STAY TUNED....
UPDATE - I have officially received the email with tracking information!!! FINALLY!!! It says my package is in California and I am in BC, Canada 🇨🇦
STAY TUNED!! I will update again when I receive them and let you know if it was worth the long, stressful wait. 🤪
UPDATE - Aug 16 - DHL tracking hasn’t updated since Aug 6th. It states: “En Route
IN TRANSIT TO DESTINATION COUNTRY
Thu, August 6, 2020 at 9:00 AM PT
Carson, CA, US”.
I called DHS and she said it appears delivery should be Aug 12-18. She also provided me with a different tracking number for when it is delivered to Canada Post.
Stay tuned.....
UPDATE - today Aug 26th -
Status from DHL - my order has made it through Customs. I can now track it through Canada Post and the update says it will be delivered this Friday Aug 28th.
It’s only 5 hrs away!!! Stay tuned to see if it actually arrives and then I will let you know if these Blaux wearable ACs were worth the 2.5 month wait!!! 😆😉🙃
UPDATE -
Now Canada Post says Instead of delivery today it will arrive September 1st 😑😤
That will make it EXACTLY 3 months since I ordered them.

Its pass a month since i ordered the…

Its pass a month since i ordered the Blaux AC, the money was taken from my bank Account and to date I can get no one to talk to, no customerservice, no phone contact and no e-mail response. This is a fradulent advertising, please people dont fall for it.

Eventually arrived but...

Pretty much the same conclusion as all the other reviewers here, scam written all over it, like so many others I fell into their scam filled web, ordered over 40 days ago, payment was taken on placing the order and I did receive a payment receipt, that’s about it, no response from the customer service email address and the phone number just sends you round in circles before cutting you off. Avoid any dealings with this company, I have contacted my bank an started the Visa refund procedure.

30/07/2029 Update : email received today advising me that the 3x A/C units ordered have been dispatched: perhaps a coincidence after contacting Visa and placing this earlier Trustpilot review!! Will update review again once received.

3/8/2020 Update: all 3 A/C units arrived (albeit on different days) so I have updated my star rating, however, in my opinion, these units are overpriced and overhyped, they are only effective on a desk in close proximity to the user. My opinion of the customer service response remains the same, considering they include telephone numbers and email contact information, I found this to be frustratingly ineffective. Lesson learnt though, I will not use Blaux again.

Outright Fraud Scheme

If there was a way to give less than 1 star, I would. Once they billed my credit card for a wearable AC unit about 2 months ago, I never heard from them again. I attempted to contact their customer service several times and never received a reply of any kind. This was a complete scam designed to steal money and should be shutdown by law enforcement.

Absolutely a rip off

Absolutely a rip off. I placed an order over one month ago, the money was taken from my account and I have not gotten one single piece of correspondence from them since. Customer service does not exist and if you send an email requesting order status or anything else, you might as well send a smoke signal, you will either not get a response or some garbage automated message designed to keep you at Bay for a little while longer. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM, somehow we've got to stop this scam. $98 down the drain.

Another rip off!

Placed order in June, over a month ago. Have not received anything! The snow will be falling soon and I will no longer need an air conditioner. No response to my emails asking for estimated ship date.

ZERO Customer Service_DO NOT buy from BuyBlaux

ZERO Customer service, no response to email requests, tried calling customer service number several times and regardless of the action I requested the process repeated itself.
First Choice: get update on my order, prompt stated I was being sent to a customer service rep, that never happened I was asked to complete a POST Call Survey.
Second Choice: Cancel my order, same event as prior.

Ordered June 10th....while the company…

Ordered June 10th....while the company HAS responded three times to my emails, I've asked over a dozen times for a tracking number and have yet to receive one....I ordered three units and replacement filters. NO AC in the house. 40 days in and nothing to show for it? Do I feel scammed?? YOU BET!!!!!

Amazing bunch of bank robbers

Amazing bunch of bank robbers. The website even displays a number of units left ' in inventory ' as you order. Fat freaking chance.
Got a feeling summer will be gone if and or when this thing appears.

Lesson learned

Same here, I’m a truck driver with no a/c in my truck and the temp gets 110 in my cab, was wanting some way to lower the humidity level on my face to keep from having a heat stroke, I’m an idiot for ordering without researching as I usually do, just a refresher lesson on living in these tech times.
