Bought a 5s but found it to be iCLoud locked. The seller of the phone was not willing to help remove the lock. These guys (@buyceylon) 100% successfully removed iCloud Activation Lock on my 5s. IMEI: 013631005468506...
Never believed it would work, but its now 100% removed and I can use any Apple ID with the phone!! Love it!!
Thanks @buyceylon
