Very pleased with my purchase, the price and speed of delivery :) Recommended!

Everytime great, all orders as they should & so it was this time too! Great quality of products! Definately will order again. Sometimes the delivery takes time, but thats due to Royal Mail / International mail and nothing can be done to that fact.

Delivery was within a week which is more or less what I expected, fortunately I wasn't in a rush. What I didn't like was that I never got any update on my order, that's something I really don't like whenever I shop online. 3 days since I ordered and I haven't received nor the item nor any email updating me on my order status. That means I have to either call them or email them to find out what's going on, I don't like to have to do that, and if I had an online business I'd make sure I keep my customers updated at all times.
Anyway the extensions I bought are of very poor quality unfortunately. They were in sale so I didn't expect them to be great, but they were much worse than expected. So I don't think I'll buy from then again.

I would buy off this site again. My order arrived about a week after I ordered and the hair is lovely and soft. The clips are all in working order, I have bought LOADS of clip in extensions in the past and I've noticed that usually some of the clips don't work. But these all work. I wish I ordered a extra pack though because my hair is quite thick and the extensions (5packs) are still too thin at the ends. But having said that I will buy again in future *****

Was very disappointed with my experience!
I ordered extensions, to then receive a phone call that they didn't have them in stock.
They told me they would send them out Tuesday when they received them and they would make sure they were with me by Thursday!
Thursday come and they hadn't arrived, later on I received an email to say they had been dispatched.
I rang up to complain, to then be told they had not been sent out and I would not receive them until Friday!

By the time I received them it was over a week later!

What a fabulous site this is. You may well be the saviour of my wedding day hair in June.
Was wondering how on earth my 4 little bridesmaids and myself could be ready and at the venue by 11am. Then "Wham", inspiration. Get myself a bun hairpiece so i only have to do a pony tail and attach it.
The piece is absolutely perfect and incredibly it's a match to my own colour ( which means your colour guide looks just as it's shown on your site (very well done!!) The bun is beautiful with an interwoven plait that i can decorate with some pearl embelishment to continue the pearl & ivory theme. Bless you guys, I'm telling everyone. Your company rocks!!!

I've been looking for a particular product, which is hard to find in the UK. Not only did BuyHair.co.uk have what I was looking for, they had it in more colours than anywhere else AND for a better price. The delivery was quick and the product was exactly as advertised. I will definitely be using the company again.

I rang customer services as I needed help choosing the correct colour for my extensions and they were extremely helpful. Sadly I had to send the first ones back as the colour wasn't a match and again, Katrina went out of her way to try and find the best substitute. The second set is great, thank you so much! As for previous reviews saying that postage is slow, the website does state that some items require extra days for delivery so you just have to allow for that.

I tend to buy lots of jumbo braids from BuyHair to use in various theater productions and have never been disappointed .even once when the parcel got lost in the post and i only received half the amount they were so good about it and managed to ship another order to me straight away . keep it up will keep on coming coming back.

Purchased a colour ring, was told by customer svs if i returned i could use the money towards a new purchase. When i was advised on how much i had to spend i noticed it was short - they take 10% off the ring price - even though you had to post back at your own expense etc! Its a disgrace and to top it off you then cant get your money back they only offer a credit on colour rings. I was then left was nearly £40 credit and in the end i didnt want anything as the colours on the ring didnt match my hair so NEVER again the company is a joke beware dont buy colour rings from them they take advantage of you not knowing this info - so less money and no refund on them! Its a disgrace!

What can I say love my ponytail looks amazing was a bit concerned about the colour match but it matches my hair exactly I have short hair but the minute I put my ponytail on I feel much more dressed up great price too will be ordering more different styles for my Christmas nights out Thankyou soooooooooo much hugs from lizzie x

Having ordered two hairpieces they were unfortunately not quite the right colour.
I have returned than and am awaiting delivery of the replacements which I am sure will be great

I HAVE PURCHASED A FEW ITEMS FROM THIS SITE, USUALLY TAKES NEARLY A WEEK TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS, ALSO WHEN YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT THEY SENT IN ERROR THEY ASK YOU TO PAY POSTAGE TO RETURN IT AND WILL NOT SEND YOU THE CORRECT ITEM UNTIL THEY GET THE WRONG ITEM BACK.
WARNING - GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME BEFORE ACTUALLY WANTING THE HAIR IN CASE THEY MESS UP!
