Just great! They were a gift, and they were a HIT for this past Christmas 🎄

Comfy and fit true to size and unique and we’re as the picture showed & adorable! Not my first pair. I added to my collection of: bear, fox , cat , and the 49er ones I gave as gifts.

I was very excited when I order the product due to the positive reviews about them. When I tried the slippers it was very comfortable to my feet. Happy I tried it.

I really like these slippers, very plush, cozy and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to make a better distinction between the left and right slipper. I figured it out by looking at the symbol on one side of each slipper.

Easy ordering process, great customer service. The slippers are very comfortable, soft, warm, well made. Feel good on my feet and great cushion when when walking. There all around perfect if you ask me👍🏾

I had to request a different pair of slippers because one of the tongues of the slippers didn’t have any stuffing in it. When I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful and I received a new pair of slippers within days.

They ship fast & when I had a issue with my slippers they replaced them. I didn't have to send the ripped ones back but the one was ripped anyway.

I’ve been wearing your slippers since you aired on shark tank. I’ve purchased at least a dozen pairs either for myself or gifts. I have always worn a size medium. Just purchased a pair and they were huge. Tried to get information from customer service to see if they had a new manufacturer or if it was just a flawed pair. Needless to say trying to return them was not as easy as it should have been. In the middle of a move and I don’t have access to a printer to print return label. I’ll try and shrink them because my time is valuable just like the companies. The color also was different.Happy feet is following the same pattern like so many other companies. Once they get popular the quality goes downhill and it’s all about the money.!!!

These slippers are great. I got the pigs. Love the cushion one inch on the bottom. U can’t find this in store bought animal slippers. Will be ordering more soon. Make some sheep 🐑

I find it very UNPROFESSIONAL for happy feet to email me in response to my one star rating. I don’t care if my package was stolen OR NOT. I reached out as a paying customer and was only told “We don’t insure packages at your location” with no accommodation at all. So here’s another star for you to reply too since we both have time.
