I had sent my Galaxy S7 (flawless condition) on 9/27/2022. It was received, they claimed it was locked - which it was not. The response from Haillary was "she'd try again". Crickets after that. Contacted them again, Matthew got involved. Hillary sent a return-to-me tracking number. The item was never shipped, I never received my money either. I have been sending emails about avery other month and am being ignored.

Similar experience to others. Agreed to price in November '22. Had initial response on Dec 21 promising prompt payment, saying "I will make sure this is completed today asap." Fast forward to Jan 21 response to my follow up, "I will work on this during the weekend." Nothing. Pinged again on April 10 and again today, April 18 and getting no response. I noticed the owner posted to this site that he's in severe financial distress and likely declaring bankruptcy. The website says they're not taking any more devices, so I think it's unlikely more people will be impacted, but feeling sorry for all those who already sent their device in and are trying to get paid. I only hope there's some truth in the claim in the owner's post that he's going to try to ensure everyone gets what's owed them. Not holding my breath.

This company does not even deserve a one-star.... zero-stars is more like it. I sent them an iPad and 4 iPods, they were received January 11, 2023. It’s been over two month and I still don’t have payment. They don’t respond to emails, or their contact form. But if you text them they give you false details. Then any follow up questions via text they stop responding. Fraudulent company!

Total scam. Sent my Apple Watch in November. Reached out multiple times and got the “It’s in process” each time. It’s now the end of March and I’m getting zero response. Avoid this scam.

Here’s yet another hopeful sucker who neglected to check BBB ratings on this company before sending in devices and getting ghosted. I send in 4 devices on March 22, 2022, which according to their website were delivered on March 29, and even after several emails and text messages, I never heard back. They quoted me $33 for the devices, so that is the amount of the check I am due. Although I’m quite frustrated, I am slightly hopeful as many other reviewers updated their reviews after finally receiving checks, possibly because of their reviews.

“Company” has been in possession of my phone for 3 months without payment or attempt to return the device. Do NOT send your devices here.

After receiving my phone, they claimed there was a balance owed on it and reduced their offer by half. I asked them to reassess. No response. I asked them to return the phone. Never responded.

I sent my old electronic devices 3 iPhones 1 iPads, and a Samsung S7to BuyMyPod - they lied about the condition of the devices (Said the screens were cracked, which was not true) and offered me 1/2 the money promised. If you don't accept, they won't return the devices or pay you.

Total SCAM. Don't even bother to contact them. They will send you in circles and never pay up. Check out the review from Matthew James - he supposedly works for BuyMyPod. HUGE RED FLAG

Unfortunately, I will join others with their lousy experience with this company. It has been two months since my item was sent in beginning on December 14, 2022. There was an email sent roughly a week to two after the device was sent in offering a lower price due to an issue with the phone. I immediately agreed to the amount and received no response to the email. After messaging the company, it was looked into and an alleged payment sent. At this point, another month has passed, they failed to respond to my last message, and I am currently waiting for a response to my last message that I sent this morning. I am not impressed with this company in the least and wished I had checked into the reviews sooner. I will be prayerfully looking into filing a report with the better business bureau and an other avenues that I can see about exploring. At this point, no communication, no money that equals theft. My advise don't walk but run away from this company.

I join this chorus of those looking for their items or payment for items they sent in good faith. This 'company' has my Apple Watch and they have stopped responding. Also, I looked up the address [regrets not looking sooner] and now I am concerned that this is a scam. It is not a lot of money, but it is certainly irritating. If this is not a scam, communicate to folks that there is a delay.

This company does not have the mo ey to back or pay it been almost a year and I still have not recive my full pay do not do bussness with them

Here is my experience. I sent an iPhone11 back in November 2022. At first the person receiving my text was responding with updates, but eventually he stopped responding.

My order has showed as "complete" for 3 weeks now and still no check/no response whatsoever to multiple texts and emails.

I can only assume I've been scammed at this point.

Sent 2 phones on about 30 days ago and still haven’t received payment. I received an email after the phones were received with a question about one of the phones which I answered but never received a reply. Have tried to contact this company many times by all available methods on their site but haven’t received a response. If you’re behind just let customers know and respond. If I hear back and get paid I’ll give a better rating but at this point if I can give 0 stars I would

I received a quote of $208 from Buy My Pod for my Apple iPhone 11. I sent it to Buy My Pod and it arrived to them on December 16. I never received payment and I have contacted them multiple times through text and the online form. I was assured by someone that he would look into it, but I haven’t heard back and still haven’t received payment. They have quite literally stolen my iPhone, and I would not recommend doing business with them.

Definitely a scam. Sent my phone in Nov 2022; shortly thereafter the offered me $10 less than the original promise. Two months have gone by and no payment has been made. They won’t answer my emails, and answered my text once but then stopped responding. How are these people allowed to just steal our phones???

This company is a scam. Sent an Iphone X to them Dec. 8, 2022 and still haven't received payment. They won't respond to texts or emails. Do not do business with these scammers.
