I was initially hesitant to order tickets because I had seen one other negative review. In the end, I decided to go ahead since I knew I could request a refund through my credit card company or PayPal if anything went wrong.

Everything worked out perfectly. These tickets were very difficult to get, and we thought we had no chance. After our initial enquiry a few months earlier, he contacted us because he remembered we were looking when additional tickets became available.

He secured the tickets immediately and we received them by FedEx in Europe very quickly.

Based on this experience, I would highly recommend him.

I used this service to buy tickets for 2 Wrestling events (NJPW & Stardom) in Tokyo. They got me the tickets I requested and mailed them to me in the UK through FedEx. No hassle, no worries. Highly recommended.

Really poor experience of ordering on the website. They did not get the tickets ordered, they took a long time to tell us that they failed and they did not give a full refund. Would advise all to avoid this company.

I used this company to pre-order sumo tickets. They couldn’t provide them, which was disappointing but not unexpected. What shocked me was the way they handled it. Instead of any empathy or professionalism, I received dismissive and insulting replies to my emails.

If they had been upfront about the low chance of getting tickets when ordering late, I would have tried myself on the official site. Instead, I was left with nothing — and when I complained, their representative actually wrote:

“You’re another person on the internet who doesn’t know what he is talking about. I won’t read this email or any more emails. You deserved the reply that you got. We have refunded you and even if somebody does cancel their ticket, we will offer it to somebody else.”

I have never experienced such rudeness from a service provider. The way they treat customers is completely unacceptable.
