I ordered some t shirts embroidered for a uniform for my barbershop and cannot recommend these guys enough! Chris was helpful every step of the way and turn around time was very reasonable from when I sent the design to when the T-shirts arrived. Will definitely be purchasing a few more different products from them!

Poor quality cheap rip offs…ordered WHITE polo shirts “RUSSELL” brand that I’ve used for many years for my children going back to school received thin see through polo’s in off white more like a cream colour … sent photo’s by email to be told basically I’ve gotten what I paid for and that they are white so if your wanting white polo’s then I strongly suggest NOT to use this company they are misleading customers and customer service is something to be desired…..you also have to pay for the returns back to them as they require you to send items back signed for as per there website so I’m out of pocket £8.95 disgusting customer service

As mentioned at the time, we sell official Russell Products, which we receive directly from the brand.
As our colleague explained, the polos you purchased were sold as advertised.
We can only see one order placed by yourself with us, you are cross-referencing a garment that may not be the exact same garment, which looks to have not been purchased from us.
It is clearly stated in our terms and conditions that you agree to when placing the order, that all return postage must be paid by the customer, it was never mentioned this must be a signed for service.
You may not be happy with our customer service, but we found your attitude towards our staff, and your use of expletive language, completely unnecessary and out of order.
We pride ourselves on good customer service and always try our best to resolve any issues customers face, unfortunately in this instance, there is no issue to rectify, meaning you have to follow our returns procedure.
Your return has now been received, and these items have been quality control checked and as explained to you on the phone, there is absolutely nothing wrong with either the colour or quality of this polo shirt.
This order has now been refunded in full as per our terms and conditions.

I have used this company for printed tshirt and embroidery.
I have used this company for printed t-shirts for my kids sports business for a while now. Last week I asked them to quote for embroidery of polo shirts and sweatshirts. They are very responsive on email, the were competitively priced and most importantly extremely helpful. A special mention to Chris B who is always so friendly and efficient, and goes that extra mile. I need the sweatshirts very speedily for a photoshoot and Chris made it happen! Thank you Chris.
