They are constantly sending spam emails without an unsubscribe link or any option to unsubscribe. This is illegal under EU GDPR Law and the 2003 UK Communications Act.

I love looking thru kitchen equipment stores and came across the type of apple corer I wanted. The site is easy to use and my goods arrived well packed and fast delivery. Would be even better if it was a different delivery company.

delivery was terrible took 6 days for order too arrive when they advertise next day, when called to question this i was told it is next day after it had been dispatched but was still in warehouse.Eventually arrived 3 days later

Very disappointed. Paid for my order 03/02/2026 was promised delivery within 3 working days. Called customer service 06/02/2026 and they've seemed to have forgotten to dispatch my order.
Had an email just after the phone call saying the order was dispatched. Received an track email saying the order was going to be delivered on the next day Monday 09/02/2026
Stayed in for the two hours slots waiting for the delivery and no delivery turned up. Next day again nothing, today 11/02/2026 still not received anything. Shame as when you buy you expect the delivery on the date stated on the website.

Large purchase of crockery
I made a large purchase of crockery for an excellent price - could not find a better price online by far !
Had an urgent delivery date so I confirmed if the stock was available on Monday when I placed the order and they quickly confirmed via email that it was and that my delivery date should be made. To my delight the order arrived on Wednesday but unfortunately one box was delayed by I was advised it should be with me on Thursday. 2 items were damaged in the first delivery but once I reported them, they were replaced by Friday. The second box arrived on Thursday but unfortunately it was the wrong items once I reported this Buzz agents were on top of the issue and have arrange to collect the wrong item and send out the correct item which I have been told I should receive on Monday.
I've given them 5 stars as problems arise but it's how quickly they responded, took ownership and worked to correct the issue as fast as humanly possible which I appreciate greatly.

Terrible product not fit for purpose
The oven we ordered arrived very quickly (next day), which was great.
However, the oven does not work at all well has uneven heat distribution and our cook time has gone from 45 mins to 2.5 hours.
I was told to raise a complaint with the service department, who were hugely unhelpful and told me they wouldn't talk to buffalo (manufacturer) until I paid a £75 invoice.
Do not buy the Buffalo Convection Oven 100 Liter if you are looking to run an efficient business!
