Hey Tim, guess what still no delivery, no fly screen but you’ve got our money!!!

Ordered & paid £110 for a chain link fly screen on 28/05/18. But since then we’ve heard nothing. No progress report, delivery date & definitely no fly screen.

Appalling communication & customer service. Would rate them ‘zero’ if that was possible. Either deliver a product or refund our money!!!!

Wednesday 13/06/2018. Thanks for your response Tim and your promise that the delivery would be made today. Well my wife waited in all day and guess what still no fly screen, so we are still in the position where we have made payment for no goods. I get how this works for the profitability of your business but it doesn’t really work for us.

So Tim to your request that I should change my post, my response is you need to focus on your customer service first.

I also exchanged a number of emails with your colleague Gemma Burgess regarding delivery progress but she didn’t respond to my ems of 3:44 and 5:24. So back with you Tim really easy questions: where’s our fly screen? And why do you treat your customers so poorly?

Hello again John,

Thanks for making contact again. I have just tracked your parcel using the link and tracking number provided to you yesterday and it is showing that your parcel was delivered and signed for today at 13.31.

I will send a message to the office now asking them to request a proof of delivery which will show the signature/surname of the recipient. Is there a possibility that the parcel may have been received by one of your neighbours? Or a safe place that parcels are left occasionally.

I’m sorry to hear that you believe we are witholding your goods having taken your payment.

However, as previously stated, your goods were dispatched on time and since that point several attempts have been made to deliver.

Since you communicated to us that you had not received delivery of your goods by posting this review, we have maintained good communication with you both here in response to your review and directly with you.

I apologise if you feel that the above does not represent adequate customer service.

I’ll arrange for the office to speak with the carrier first thing in the morning and contact you to clarify.

Rest assured, if there is an issue, we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Hi John,

The office have just sent you an update by email.

The goods were dispatched from us on the 5th June for delivery on the 6th. You will see we have included a tracking number and link in our email. The carrier has logged that they attempted delivery twice, and also attempted delivery to 20&21 Marine Point but there was no answer.

My colleague in the office has re-arranged delivery for tomorrow 13th June.

I would appreciate it if you could revise or remove your feedback given the goods were dispatched in a timely manner.

If you have any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact us by replying to the email just sent.

Fabulous door screen

Fabulous door screen, excellent quality. Not cheap but worth every penny. Arrived as promised. Wish we had purchased one last year when we first heard about them.

Why is there no "Product received not …

Why is there no "Product received not as advertised." category?

There was no "rude conduct" but the other 2 descriptions fit.
The website promised "Charcoal Grey, Fibreglass Fabric"
I received Coal Black Plastic and was told I would have to pay the return freight charge. My client accepted the sent product to save me grief.
On close inspection, all the web images are the same...Charcoal Grey.

Will not deal with 'Buzzstop' again, nor 'Newblinds'.
