Worst experience. Amateur company

I wanted to share my experience with this company. I ordered an Omega watch earlier this year. When I received it, it was not the displayed or described item. It was rated 4/5 in condition and from 2022. When the watch arrived it was in a terrible condition and from 2006! There was even a scratch in in sapphire dome! They also withdrew the full payment on my credit card a week before actually sending the watch, which violates Danish law. I contacted them many times bit only received useless answers. I returned the watch and luckily got my money back. The people behind are TOTAL AMATEURS! Stay away from this scam company. Note that on their website they link to the Trustpilot score of the mother company ‘Urværket’ i Danmark. Absolute cannot recommend anyone to buy here!

ZERO COMMUNICATION

Don’t reply to you at all. I’m a customer and emailed, texted and tried calling and NOBODY has responded to me. So I can’t even cancel order with them. Will have to call my CC company to resolve. They are like ghosts. I do NOT recommend this company at all.

Went shopping around the world online…

Went shopping around the world online in search of a Rolex Daytona Box (Large) and found a handful sitting around at Buzzufy. Not only the boxes are in mint condition and the prices are super reasonable, they have tons of other goodies to shop around. To top it up, their service support is out of the world. I will surely do all my watch shopping with them. Highly recommended.
