Worst service ever! Avoid!…

I Will not shop with this company again! I placed an order for flies on the 26.5.22,expected arrival 31.5.22.they did not arrive.checked my order status and new delivery date of 5.6.22 was given.that date passed and no delivery.i phoned and emailed.no response.contacted PayPal and phoned seller again.eventually the seller called me back .he would get the flies tied straight away and get them out to me.11 days passed and no flies.contacted seller again but no answer.contacted paypal for a refund.buy your flies elsewhere unless you want this kind of hassle!

BUYER BEWARE!! Worst customer service .Unable to…

BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!Worst customer service .Unable to contact via phone,email ( customer support ), changed order to accommodate seller so I could have items ordered before fishing season ended. No response .No regard for customer. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else. Paypal needed to recover refund, still on going 7 weeks after order placed .
