This hotel is a great place to stay for a reasonable price
Great place to stay and reasonable price. Great sleep, clean rooms, and a great shower. Normal wear and tear in the rooms and common areas, but still clean.
Poor customer services

Would NOT recommend.
Not helpful. Not accommodating (which is ironic considering their line of business).

Best Westen Bolton Hotel, London
The pictures on the webpage for the hotel bear no relation to the reality and are either shot with a wide angle lens or show rooms not given to guests.
We paid a substancial surcharge to have an executive room. However, when we arrived we discovered that the "executive room" was in fact a tiny double room with a minute bahtroom. Despite the claim by the hotel no hair dryer was present anywhere in the room nor in the bathroom.
The room had a very small desk with two chairs vedged between the wall and the bed so it was impossible to use. The chars could not be pulled out as they were so close to the bed and the only place to sit was on the bed.
The folded suitcase holder (for only one suitcase) could not be put up anywhere without obstructing the passage to the bed, which incidently was only a 1 1/2 person bed (140 cm. wide).
The coffe maker and kettle was located at the bottom of the wardrobe making it difficut to hang clothes and rendering the kettle inuseable unless it was moved out.
The staff insisted that since the room was on their list as "executive" it definately was. Other guests at the hotel were also very dissatisfied as they were given tiny rooms with very small beds and some of these even in the smelly basement.
After several days of complaining we were given the only sligtly larger room the hotel has, which had sufficint room for one lounge chair and a desk chair, which could actually be used to sit on. The bathroom and the bed were no larger than in the previous room.
