Poor printing of club logo stickers (not centred)
The stickers (club badge) for the centres of the medals were very poorly printed and not centred. I contacted BW Trophies, they sent out new stickers correctly printed immediately. As it was a small batch of medals, I was happy to spend the time applying new stickers. Wouldn't have had to have contacted company if at the point of dispatch, the medals were checked for quality.
