I had a non standard order plus I needed it to be delivered to Spain. I need not have worried. The order was delivered within 6 days, totally correct and the quality of the goods is first class. I am extremely happy with all aspects of my transaction.

Just like Tim Collins 1 star review - my order was cancelled en route to my house because I complained about paying for next day delivery when their Courier confirmed delivery not until the day after. Their immediate response to my email expressing my disappointment was to dismiss the delay 'as being outwith their control'. My subsequent request for a refund between the next day/standard delivery costs resulted in their cancellation of my order which as I said was actually en route. This action showed the company to be small minded, mean and spiteful - and still treating customers badly after all these years.

Update: Further investigation has shown that the order was handled by (a major) courier as Standard Delivery not Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - as I paid for. Their sophisticated tracking system shows the order was cancelled when just 1 hour away from my house. I think my other reviews show that I am the type of person to praise Companies so it must have been pretty upsetting experience for me to rate a Company with 1 star.
To recap - I paid for express delivery, the company sent it standard delivery and when I complained they stopped delivery when the goods were just 1 hour away from my house. Does that sound like a professional and courteous Company?

Phoned for advise on gravity fed system - was going to buy a pump but guys recommended hose n shower head and what a difference - no more dribbling water. From £300 to £20

Used the easy to understand website with good technical info and measurements, to choose a replacement shower hose and choose economy deliver as time was not an issue. Great email feedback re the order and status of delivery. Item arrive 2 days later and I noticed the postage cost via Royal Mail was £2.50, they only charged £1.99 for economy delivery, so made a loss on this part of the service. Guys what a great service you provide, I am well pleased, but do not undercharge on the postage of such a loss cost item. In this day and age £2.50 to cover carriage is well acceptable. Many thanks for a great service, I certainly will be using you again when the need arrises.

Phoned Byretech with a query after being told of them by a company that no longer manufactures parts for its own (older) products. Discussed the options, came up with a solution which I ordered. Product was delivered next day.

No problems with Byretech, very professional and helpful. I would be happy to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for prompt delivery of my order, placed on 9th November and received this morning. Item is already up and running in downstairs loo, and is just what I wanted.

Full marks to you for speed, quality and price, and especially for the business card included with the order – a nice, personal touch. Ordering on the internet is very convenient but a bit mechanical. It’s nice to know there are real people out there!

Found out the hard way that they are not equipped in any way to expedite orders (despite offering it as a service). Rather than trying to resolve the issue, they decided to blame me for not recognising that they don't work some of the week (and not at all during weekends).

I paid for next working day delivery and took the day off work to receive the order, and they couldn't fulfil that service at all. As a result, they decided to completely cancel the order at the last minute with no effort whatsoever to resolve the situation leaving me with a day off of work for no reason, and a politicians apology that effectively puts the blame on to me.

If you appreciate companies who actually care about their customers, I'd avoid this one.
