Pessimo Banco
Pessimo Banco. Abri conta e conta global para receber dinheiro do exterior, pedi Iban do minha conta, como achei que todos as contas operam com Iban e fornecemos esse iban para a empresa remettente.
Depois aprendi que o Conta Global de C6 só opera com Swift.
Porem a empresa já tinha transferido o dinheiro para Iban do Intermediaro do C6.
Depois pedimos uma coisa aparentemente simples:
C6 olha no banco intermediario, transfere para minha conta global, já que o dinheiro está no C6.
Até agora abrimos 6 protocolos, enviamos comprovante 4 vezes. Ninguem retorna, ninguem no atendidmento consegue resolver nada. O nivel de incompetência é enorme.

Ninguem assume responsabilidade, suporte não tem comprometimento. Nem sei como este banco consegue sobreviver num dia onde bancos internet supostamente deveriam ser mais eficientes que bancos tradicionais!

A terrible bank, an old-fashioned bank disguised in internet bank clothes.
We opened a global account with this bank, to get better exchange rates and simplify transfers from abroad to Brazil.
I requested the C6 to send us details and supply an IBAN for the account. Little did we know that using that IBAN which is a C6 IBAN caused out money to be stranded in an intermediary C6 bank.
We have now tried to get the money transferred to our global account, but C6 Support has neither the expertise nor the will to really help and resolve. After 20 days with the money stuck and 6 tickets later, plus sending the transfer receipt as proof four times, we are no closer to receiving the money.
I cannot stress how upset we are and how disappointed, that a modern bank that is supposed to be technological cannot resolve something as simple as transferring money from their own bank with IBAN supplied to our account. The level of incompetence is staggering.
Do never ever open an account with this bank!
