I spoke to a gentleman today called Vish. I found him extremely helpful and the advice provided was good and informative. I was very happy with the result due to his help and also less stressed after my phone call with him. When I spoke to someone last week I came away in a totally different frame of mind and felt quite stressed and basically made to feel as if that person didn’t really have much patience or understanding of my situation due to chronic illness. However Vish has restored my confidence in the company due to his excellent communication and advice. 10/10 for Vish
