9 days sitting at the distributor and didn't even call say it arrived

I’m a small contractor and I have been buying Cabinet Giant’s products for years now and I always been treated right! This company always went beyond to make sure that I had the right products and all my items on time!

I think Donna does a great job. She has a great experience. We just need to keep everything up.

I purchased Cabinets a few years ago and everything was done in a super timely fashion.
Your staff is friendly, helpful and courteous .
The cabinets are not made out of particle board, but real wood. I love my cabinets.
I also had some doors come to the house for samples.
All came in great shape.
Suggestion: please have shaker cabinets come ready to paint as you can't possibly carry all the colors a customer wants and instead of shipping doors, create paint chips at a cost to the customer. They could be 4x4 inches.
I recommend you when ever I can.

The buy process was easy and the cabinets were great. However, picking the cabinets was horrible. After checking in and going where I was assigned I waited 30 mins and no one ever showed up. I had to go find someone and then it took another 30mins before my cabinets were loaded up.

I’ve been using Cabinet Giant for years and my contact is Donna. Always a pleasure to deal with and the service is great. Add quality product to that and it’s a win-win.

The products we ordered are top notch! Its easy to put together and looks great.

Damaged Cabinets
I had to pay for replacements .

The Design Team was extremely accommodating to any changes requested by my customer. Shipping was prompt and accurate.
We had a few items damaged in shipping but those were exchanged immediately without any issues.

The time it takes to ship out an order has gotten progressively worse. Shipment notification is no longer sent out leaving customer to have to wonder what is going on.

Your staff, especially Donna, is always knowledgeable and helpful. I use your company for all projects and recommend it to everyone. Thanks!!

DO NOT BUY HERE. Prior to my order I was told, the 3 cabinets I ordered were in stock and ready to ship. After a week of repeated attempts to get any answer, I FINALLY get an email that states we do not have your cabinets. We won't be able to ship for weeks. Tell the truth upfront and save your customers the AGGRAVATION of finding out you are full of BS.

The cabinets from this company are fabulous. Beyond fair pricing. Awesome design service. Excellent and VERY responsive customer service. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. I have done two kitchens and two laundry rooms with their cabinets. Beyond satisfied.

Great experience - even during a pandemic!

Josh went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We are very happy with our cabinets and our experience with Cabinet Giant. We will definitely be using them again!
